Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

The rooms are clean and quiet from the veranda overlooking the Perfume River over the palm trees. Take a break with welcome lychee and nuts. The restaurant is the best hospitality and food, certainly expensive from the average of Hue, but it is an order according to the hall staff chief and the advice. The food is good and the wine is good. I had the best hospitality to my wife. After returning to the room, you can spend a relaxing cocktail time on the veranda, looking at the royal palace and flag lit up over the Perfume River, and spending time without saying anything until your rest. It was the best hotel for the elderly.

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The building itself is beautiful, the interior is stunning and the staff so helpful and friendly. Beautiful artwork on the walls, huge high ceilings with chandeliers, all furnished with beautiful taste. We were upgraded to a suite, which was wonderful. The whole experience from start to finish is first class. Literally a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is a minute's walk from river where you can walk through a park alongside the river to walk into town.

Everything is ok, nice staff, good price room. Walking to Perfume River and West Street is close. My room on the 4th floor has a view of the corridor facing vincom, which is quite airy and beautiful. However, when I checked in at noon, a staff member or a guest opened the door of my room to go in, fortunately I locked it in, not satisfied and uncomfortable about this problem. Ks should review.

Location is good, not to mention. You can walk to the Hue Palace and walk to the Walking Street. The hotel itself is very kind and easy to understand for travelers There was a sign that I would lend a toilet. I've been traveling by motorcycle from Ho Chi Minh to Hue and have stayed at many hotels so far, but I saw the sign for the first time. The receptionist lady is very kind, delicious restaurant They will tell you street food, sightseeing places, etc. The care of the hotel staff was as good as a 5-star hotel. I would like to use it if I come to Hue again.

This hotel is really good value for money! Although it is not on the main street, the path to enter is very short, the floor tiles are very flat, and the environment is very clean, unlike many small Vietnamese alleys. After entering the door, the check-in was quick, the front desk was enthusiastic, neat and thoughtful! While waiting to be processed, we will provide free delicious juices and fruits, ask if you need to book a drop-off service, and deliver your luggage to your room first. After you finish eating, you will be sent to your room, and a particularly detailed and tidy map will be provided, suggesting your travel route according to your schedule, and telling all attractions the opening time. There is another fruit in the room! The room is not too big but it is enough, the decoration is very elegant and exquisite, and the sanitation level is no exaggeration to say that it is a five-star level, which is the best among so many hotels in Vietnam. The soundproofing of the room is very good. The room opposite to me is the SPA room. No noise was heard all day. Eat breakfast the next day, the locomotive is scheduled to arrive, and I will remind you on time. The breakfast is also very good. The waiter will take the initiative to ask you to choose Hue rice noodles or Western-style omelettes, as well as tea, milk or coffee. The location is also great! It’s only a 35-minute walk from the area where there are many cafes and restaurants, and the surrounding area is very delicious. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the imperial city, and the taxi is very cheap. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam! Full marks! A nice little Hotel upon a Bar. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was not that noisy. Our room was cleaned daily and we liked it a lot that they try to reduce plastic!! The host was very friendly and answered all our questions and helped us with information around the city. The walking street is not far away and you can reach nice Cafés and Restaurants in a few minutes walk. So it‘s a very good place to stay!
