Well located hotel with good rooms and service. Ski shop good and can store ski gear at shop by lift for small charge. My daughter loved the breakfast and pool at the hotel

Clean, nice bar and restaurant with lovely view. Views from the room were spectacular. Good location. Food on half board option pretty good. Very good breakfast. Disappointed that there was a charge (quite a lot) to use sauna and jacuzzi as chose the hotel for that reason. Not clear when booking.

Déception des prestations proposées : petit déjeuner très mal achalandé, problèmes de livraison des produits un jour c’est pénurie de beurre, de fromage industriel et de charcuterie de supermarché, jus industriel, le lendemain c’est pas d’œuf au plat, peu de choix au petit déjeuner, offre très réduite et produits sans grande qualité, à l’exception des pains, bref pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles mais plutôt d’un 3 étoiles. Mobilier et huisserie non entretenu, salle de bain minuscule, pas de table ni de chaise sur la terrasse des chambres, ce n’est pas acceptable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles !! Jacuzzi payant pour les clients de l’hôtel et petite piscine ou les joints ne sont pas entretenus, poignée des portes cassées, bref nous n’y reviendrons pas malgré un personnel gentil mais jeune d’expérience. L’hôtel n’est pas au pied des pistes, il faut traverser un grand parking public, avec les ski c’est vraiment pas top. Tarif de la restauration exagéré (45€/pers le dîner entrée/plat/dessert) pour un résultat très très moyen

Hôtel situé à proximité des pistes.
Sur l annonce, l hôtel a des bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électriques. Mais il n y en a pas! Après avoir cherché un parking avec borne, un jour de neige, nous nous sommes faits volés nos chaînes sur notre véhicule!!
Si l hôtel avait bien eu des recharges comme c était stipulé, nous n aurions pas rencontré ce problème! Surtout que pour le retour, ça nous aurait bien aidé! (Neige!)
Vraisemblablement les vols sont réguliers dans cette station! Vol de skis, matériel etc. Dommage car l hotel et la station sont sympas...

Tout le Personnel est aux petits soins. En passant par la réception, le barman et le personnel du restaurant. La literie est très bien. Les petits déjeuner sont copieux et très bons. Un petit rafraîchissement peut être prévu au niveau de la piscine.

great spot and handy to the ski area, just a walk over the carpark to lifts, very clean and tidy room service everyday which was great, good location for getting about the main stretch of town is up the hill about a 10 min walk but it was still nice in the evening to do, plenty of ski hire shops near the lift. staff were great

Pros: - hotel is very conveniently located near the ski rentals and lifts - large breakfast buffet, solid quality (except for patisseries which did not look appealing) - were ugraded to a larger room - nice afternoon tea offering free of charge (includes cakes, crêpes, sandwiches, drinks) Cons: - restaurant good but not excellent and some orders were forgotten - menu not online and was not sent as requested via mail several times - lunch was average (croque monsieur arrived cold first) - service can be patchy - could not get lunch or anything to eat as kitchen is closed between 3 and 4.30 pm it seems - whirlpool is being charged separately - not great value for money - reception staff has little leeway to make decisions

Pour 3 jours prix acceptable, on s'est fait plaisir. Agréable surprise en arrivant nous indiquant que nous étions surclassés. 3 jours top. pas eu le temps d'utiliser la piscine, mais l'année prochaine nous sommes prêts à remettre ça.
