Clean and modern hotel, friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet selection. Spa was expensive to use for 1 hour (€20pp) and wasn’t in good condition.

Un peu inquiet suite à la lecture de certains commentaires datant de 2021 et 2022, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L'hôtel a été refait, les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et très bien équipées (avec notamment suffisamment de placards). Nous avons choisi la formule demie pension qui s'est révélée un excellent choix : cuisine de qualité, recherchée avec le choix entre 2 entrées et 3 plats et buffet de desserts. Seul bémol : un peu d'attente au restaurant largement compensée par la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons profité de la piscine (eau a 29 °) elle aussi refaite. Petit déjeuner avec du choix et surtout de l'excellent pain. Arrêt de la navette pour les pistes a 50 m. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Notre adresse favorite a l'Alpe d'Huez.

Nice hotel for a week of skiing. Modern and clean style. Bar area has a nice warm and cosy vibe with a pool table and open fire. We stayed bed and breakfast and thought the breakfasts were great. Plenty to choose from including freshly made crepes and omelettes and the views from the restaurant were stunning. Spa is small but nice. We had an hour in the jacuzzi sauna and steam room and then a great massage one day after skiing. It’s not ski in ski out (it wasn’t advertised as such). In the mornings we walked 100m down the hill to ski down to the gondola. In the afternoons we got the free shuttle bus back to the door. We didn’t ever wait more than 10 mins for the bus. Room was a decent size and cleaned daily. Would stay again.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel 2 nuit lors du 12 au 14 janvier. Tout à redire à part le personnel. Le spa payant on se croirait à la piscine municipale tellement les équipements sont pas convenables. 8 en même temps au spa pour 3 petites activités. Le repas en "demi pension", on a tellement attendu qu'on commençait à croire que c'était une caméra caché avec les autres tables. 1h pour donner une carte et se faire servir de la fondue, elle arrive nous avons ni couverts, ni assiette, ni charcuterie qui arrive 10mn après. On croit à une blague, notre patience à assez durer on part. Piscine marquée à 20h fermeture, à 19h30 les femmes de ménage nous refusent l'accès en parlant fort en espagnol, malheureusement on comprends tout. A la fin de notre séjour nous demandons un mail pour une réclamation, nous en sommes à 10jours sans retour. Pour un hôtel où je cite "la relation client est importante", c'est se foutre de la gueule des clients qui ont dépenses plus de 700€ chez vous! Bref à fuir! Nouveau staff ou pas, faut prendre ses responsabilités à un moment donné! Pour les intéressés, allez dépenser votre argent ailleurs!

Hôtel au design et à la déco originale, Réception et bar au top niveau, de bons moments à siroter cocktails et rhum au coin de feu ! Chambre au 4e étage très agréable avec superbe vue 2 dîners au restaurant, très correct mais il semble que l’équipe doit encore trouver ses marques pour une expérience **** Spa avec massage très agréable aussi Au global un week-end ensoleillé !!

Excellent accueil et emplacement de l'hôtel. Navette à proximité pour rejoindre les pistes Séjour au calme dans cet hôtel à la déco surprenante d'inspiration années 80 Rue commerçante avec restaurants haut de gamme et patinoire à 2 pas.

L’ensemble de l’hôtel est moyen. L’accès à la spa est payant ! Non compris dans la tarif de l’hôtel. Spa est trop petit ! Je suis restée que 15 min alors que j’ai payé 20€ pour une heure. La cuisine est très lente.
