We spent a week here on a Crystal ski holiday package in March 2024. We’ve stayed at another Langley hotel at a different resort and this was just the same quality. Rooms are basic but cosy and comfortable. Beds are comfy, room was clean and the balcony had a sensational view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dinner was good quality and perfect for after a day of skiing. Nothing was too much - they catered for a vegan diet with no problems. Ski hire shop on site was hugely helpful, we didn’t queue on the first morning so got straight on the slopes. A short walk from the hotel is the end of a blue run that takes you to the quiet grand sure ski lift - taking you straight up to the top of signal. The hotel is on the edge of the resort which suited us perfectly as it was quiet and relaxed. Highly recommend - great hotel with very friendly staff! Only thing I’d change is putting a kettle / coffee machine into the room.

Stayed 17-24 Feb with my son, for a skiing break. Can't recommend this place enough - Excellent staff, fantastic food (a la carte) , great value, a nice room (we had a family room) and what topped it off was the on site ski equipment hire facility. A very short walk to the nearest ski lift (Grand Sure) . Plenty of choice for breakfast , clean accommodation , located close to a supermarket. Great bar and seating area with open fire and plenty of seating. Found Alpe d'huez itself a little soulless , but we were there for the skiing and the accommodation was such that it has everything you need - thanks for a great stay

Just staying at this hotel now. Room 303. The view is amazing. The staff are here are excellent from the housekeeping, bar staff and reception team. Nothing is too much trouble and always with a smile. We'll done 🤩. Didn't have food here but always smelt delicious. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Well situated for the Grand Sure lift. Fantastic views from the bedroom. Well-appointed and clean bedroom and bathroom. This year, with the English Chef the standard of food was way above the standard received in 2023, thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. The Crystal rep was first class. All in all, a very enjoyable skiing holiday. Thanks P.S. it was disappointing to see an English party of 4, not wait to be seated at their dinner table. Instead, they helped themselves to a table set for 2, then pulled another table together, moving cutlery and wine glasses to make a 4 seat arrangement. Just wholly bad manners and lacking respect to the hardworking staff.

Just returned from our weeks stay. The hotel is I a good location with a quiet chair a few minutes walk taking your to the top of the signal run. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable beds. The food is outstanding probably the best I have had from a ski holiday Breakfast is a good selection of hot and cold buffet style and evening dinner is amazing served by friendly helpful staff. Would throughly recommend staying here and would love to return

Stayed at the Le Petit Prince with my wife for a week in January. We booked a half board package through crystal ski. It was our first time using a package company for a winter holiday we normally book flights, hotels and transfers individually. We would definitely book through crustal ski again everything was so easy. Reps were great. The hotel is in a good location right by a chair lift which takes you to the top of signal. You can also walk about 400 meters down the road to the gondola to Bergers or lobster pots which take you to DMC. Hotel is very clean, communal areas are very cozy. Rooms have everything you need and plenty of space. Views from Balcony’s are fantastic. Tv has minimal channels in English so bring a firestick or similar if you want to watch television. No kettle / coffee machine so bring your own if you like a coffee as soon as you wake up. What really makes this hotel is the staff and food! Staff were all so attentive, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Evening meals were fantastic 5 start food! Drinks prices are very reasonable too. Glass of wine 5eu bottle of leffe 6eu bottles of wine from 24eu. We would definitely return to this hotel! Thanks again all the staff at Le Petit Prince for a fantastic weeks holiday.

I am writing this on our first night. Incredible, the facilities, the staff, the food, everything, they have blankets available to cozy up outside to, everyone is so chatty and friendly, dinner is served between 6-10 and breakfast is 7:30-10, incredible the food is great, and there is so many options for breakfast (hot station, yoghurt bar, cold meats and cheese, and of course fresh bread). Access to the slopes is great, and everywhere is so warm to get all the equipment dry. the hotel offer ski hire, but not snowboards, we went directly to Alan’s sports, it’s maybe a 2 minute walk, and they were brilliant! Beds are insanely comfortable, pillows are like clouds! I’ve attached the most amazing pictures of this hotel! if you can get in and get a room!!! Do not miss up on it. I cannot wait to come back!

We were a group of 11 guests through Crystal Ski. The hotel is absolutely fine albeit on the edge of town. Its around a half hour journey either by a free bus or walk/gondola to the nursery slopes..(not ideal for 9 to 9.15am lessons). The hotel staff were very nice, hardworking & helpful but it seemed understaffed. The rooms are very comfortable, warm & the beds are great. On one evening our meal took around 2 hours for 2 courses because of a shortage of staff. (chef). The hotel also ran out of beer on the quiz night by 7pm. A bit of advice DO NOT put anything on a signed room tab, pay as you go. My room bill was around 180 euros to high at check out. Luckily I questioned this & added up all of the receipts I actually signed for! The staff also hate this way of paying as this seems a weekly issue, especially in large groups. If you are hiring equipment from the hotel (Langley) they have only one ski technician working on arrival day, the poor lad was doing his best but was taking around 45 minutes to serve a family of 4 people! After a long days travelling queuing up for over an hour to get the equipment is frustrating at best. I did ask the manager to give him a hand which she happily did. In my opinion the ski equipment was in poor condition, I paid for premium skis, these were scratched on the bases & were exactly the same as one of our parties skis who paid standard. All in all the friendly staff made for a great week so a big thank you from us all.
