Très bel établissement en haut de la mythique montagne de l'Alpe d'Huez. Nous avions une suite avec étage pour notre fils, suite moderne avec une jolie vue montagne et un beau balcon. Chambre propre, fonctionnelle avec une jolie décoration moderne et chaleureuse. Le Spa des Alpes est agréable, avec une piscine intérieure permettant plusieurs jets sensoriels. Très appréciable pour la récupération après de belles ascensions en vélo... Mention également à la responsable du Spa, très agréable et souriante. L'espace extérieur est reposant, avec une jolie piscine en face des montagnes et surtout un spa nordique (plus joli que les Jacuzzi en plastique) et un sauna. Notre fils a adoré. Nous recommandons grandement cet hôtel, avec un personnel très professionnel et avenant (mention spéciale à Camille, un vrai professionnel de l'hôtellerie comme on les apprécie, qui a su répondre à nos demandes) C'était parfait, j'enlève juste une étoile pour le coté restaurant (plats à la carte mais manquants, pas assez élaborés et gourmands, rapport qualité prix décevant... quelques petits couacs) pourtant la responsable de salle/serveuse se démenait, était agréable et professionnelle également. C'est surtout du à un manque de personnel hors saison et de choix de carte trop simpliste pour ce type d'établissement. Rien de grave, mérite simplement quelques ajustements. Nous avons pu échanger avec la dirigeante de l'établissement, très sympathique et à l'écoute de ses clients, c'est très appréciable. Très bonne réaction de l'hôtel, personnel à l'écoute de nos retours, c'est à souligner. Nous reviendrons donc avec grand plaisir dans votre établissement et nous espérons que vous continuerez à ouvrir "hors saison" pour profiter du calme et des jolies (et si difficiles) pentes de l'Alpe d'Huez. Je dois dire que le personnel est toujours top. Merci à camille et khamil, toujours aux petits soins et de bons conseils. Un 4 car déçue de ne pas avoir eu l accès au roof top, nous étions prévenus mais ça m a manqué et une restauration à l espérance un peu décevante. Nous avons toutefois échangé sur les sujets et sommes sûrs d avoir été entendus. Nous testerons la prochaine fois en plein hiver. Merci

We booked a 3 night stay and left after 1 night. We travelled with our 2 young children only to be informed on arrival the playroom was closed (no reason). From the moment we arrived the staff lead with no no no. No dinner menu, just bar junk food served in the restaurant (burgers, chicken *****s, fries, poke bowl). No outdoor pool which yes we saw the pop up on the website before arrival. We thought this would be the only limits on the trip. But we were very wrong.No use of the indoor spa pool for children under 16 even when it's empty. No message of this online. Essentially if you have children there is nothing in the hotel to do. So I wonder why have the familleplus symbol? Maybe a pop up on the website saying no family amenities available temporarily would be more honest. The top was being told to enjoy the bathtub in the room instead of the pool! Guests were talking between them in the restaurant in shock that a bar menu was being served for dinner. Why not tell people before arriving? This is absolutely not what a 5 star hotel stands for. Even if it’s the start of the season a 5 star hotel wouldn’t open with such poor service! As a swiss hotel school graduate and having worked in several 5 star hotels this was shocking to see. All the issues would be potentially acceptable if it was communicated clearly in advance. Given there was little for the family to enjoy we had no choice but book another hotel and leave. 1 star given because thé breakfast was great and so was the bar staff. The bar staff who made an excellent cocktail on our first night was the highlight of the stay. The rest was a huge waste of time and money. Avoid or email in advance to ask for their limits before arriving. Otherwise you are welcomed with a list of no no no nos. Also no apology! What a shame.

Hôtel magnifiquement situé au cœur de la station, belle chambre avec baignoire et terrasse privée, prix très correct ( du moins en été ) . Seul fausses note absence de parking et pas de chaîne sport genre canal plus ou Bein , sinon parfait . J’y reviendrai

Llevo ya 3 cierres de temporada en este hotel, y seguiré siempre. Hotel montañero de lujo superagradable, cómodo, al lado de la góndola. Personal superatento, vistas preciosas y un spa muy cuco para relaj**** después del esquí pero con un pero, hace 2 años 10 euros, el pasado 15 y este 25. Creo que estando alojado en el hotel es caro, debería estar incluido, o cobrar 10 como mucho.

Goedemorgen, Na de eerste nacht in uw hotel heb ik al een antwoord gegeven maar ik zal het nu nog een keer doen. Wij waren zeer teleurgesteld in de kamer, weliswaar de goedkoopste, maar voor een vijfsterrenhotel hotel beslist een tegenvaller. De kamer klein en vol met onnodige spullen, zoals tafeltjes. Geen normaal stoeltje om op te zitten, een plank in de badkamer die helemaal los hangt, geen haakje om je toilettas aan op te hangen, en om uit bed te komen aan de kant geen ruimte om normaal rechtop te kunnen staan, maar het allerslechts was de toilet. Om daar in te komen moesten wij zijdelings lopen om onszelf niet te verwonden aan de deurkruk of aan de houder van de toilet rollen, de telefoon deed het niet waardoor er niet gebeld kon worden met de receptie. Verder hebben wij wat in de bar gedronken, daar was geen prijslijst, een onaardige dame, en tot onze grote verbazing een glas wille wijn waar zo weinig wijn in zat dat die met 6 hele kleine nipjes leeg was. En nu komt het waar we € 17.00 voor moesten betalen. Een schande!!!!!!!!!! Het eten in het restaurant was fantastisch net als het ontbijt van het hotel. Verder was iedereen heel behulpzaam. Misschien een tip voor u. Wij als Nederlanders zijn groot, toen wij aankwamen bij de receptie konden wij gaan zitten op stoeltjes heel laag, daar komen wij niet meer uit dus wij zijn blijven staan. De jongeman aan de balie bleef zitten toen hij alles vertelde waardoor het voor ons moeilijk te begrijpen en te volgen was wat er gezegd werd. Het is voor ons als reizigers echt veel fijner om aan een balie te staan waar we op ooghoogte zijn met de personen zijn die ons helpen. Ik zou het fijn vinden als we op deze revieuw een reactie zouden krijgen want dan weet ik ook dat er misschien iets mee gedaan wordt. Vriendelijke groet, Theo Groeneveld
