Repas basiques, pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Dommage parce que la terrasse est agréable par beau temps et nous apprécions d’y aller avant le changement de propriétaire. Nous aurions pu passer un très bon moment entre amis si l’assiette avait été à la hauteur.

We visited this hotel 8 years ago. It was a nice hotel with good service and food. We decided to stay again March 2024. But this time we experienced alot changed. Inexperienced and lazy staff, limited food at the restaurant, average service according to a 5 star hotel. Any 3 star hotel can easily provide the same service which this hotel provided.

Très bel établissement dans le style chalet en bois, ce qui explique une isolation phonique limitée, avec une position géographique au bord des pistes très pratique, Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le spa est également top avec la aussi du personnel de qualité et serviable. Restauration de qualité également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We were here for tomorrowland and happy we picked this hotel. It was really nice and next to the lifts, we could ski in and ski out. The sauna was perfect after skiing, it was free and you dont need reservations. The staff, service and breakfast were perfect. Theres even private hotel parking so you dont have to worry about finding parking. We will pick it again for next year.

Pour le restaurant le cadre sympa au soleil et au calme ! Serveuse gentille, en revanche le maître d’hôtel qui s’occupe des réservations est pas hiper accueillant et juste là pour donner des ordres ( travaille d’équipe à revoir). Pas terrible du gravlax chaud ! Les autres plats sont à revoir et sont fades sans peps n’y d’harmonie. Pour le spa, très bien et le personnel très gentil.

Nous sommes venue en couple juste pour skier et avoir un diner tranquille a la fin de la journée. Une très mauvaise expérience, surtout quand vous vous retrouvez face à une mauvaise gestion de la direction. On se sent pas du tout bien nulle part. L'établissement est en effet dans un bon emplacement mais vous payez que le nom et les étoiles. Le reste n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Il faut pas compter sur le service de conciergerie, il n'existe pas. Le restaurant n'est même pas digne d'une vielle brasserie traditionnelle ou une pizzeria du coin. Les frites congelées, froides, mal cuites l'entrecôte avec des nerfs et fine. Salade Caesar, sauce mayonnaise sur un lit des endives amères, unmanageable.

Lieu magnifique avec situation exceptionnelle sur les pistes, départ ski aux pieds, chambre très confortable, cuisine de grande qualité, personnel très professionnel. Autre plus, le spa avec sa piscine. Merci à toute l équipe.
