雖然有兩個房一個小廳，但設施真的簡陋，712元的房費真不值，唯一有點價值也就一個陽台而已可以看到大海，如對住有點要求的，建議不要住；
停車費説：説小區停車費是20停一天，可以多次出入，實際出一次20元；
