衞生：
衞生極度惡劣，剛入住的房間上去一看是剛拖好的門打開通風，但是全濕，和我説沒房，讓我等，但是看了一圈還有三間，兩間地板都是濕的，怎麼入住？
餐廳讓狗進入。
環境：
第一間旁邊還在裝修，隔音超級差，第二間轉房後樓下的摩託車聲很吵（我住六樓）
餐廳盤子有污漬。
樓下環境吵鬧。
設施：
房間沒有一次性刮鬍刀。
投屏衹有附加（TV）的app設備才可以，其它的鏡像不行。
廁所下水道很臭，臭拖把清潔。
排煙系統很差。
窗口不是自動的。
服務：
服務態度不錯，換房及時，清潔及時，餐廳補充及時，房內補充及時。
