Only issue is there’s no non smoking room. People smoke everywhere. We non smoker feeling uncomfortable most of the time cos inside room also full of cigarettes.

I sent the laundry to the customer service at around 9 pm and told the customer service that I don't sleep so early and I can take it back at any time. I asked the customer service to send it to my room at around 1 pm but it was not delivered. I asked the customer service to send the clothes to me again at around 9 am, but the clothes were washed but still not dry. If they were sent back in the middle of the night, they would have been dry by the air conditioning in the room. If they were not handled in time, the clothes would have been sticky and discolored😰😡
