位置不錯近海灘，附近有便利店和餐館，也有超市可購物，可算是齊全。但海雲天可能是超過10年樓，樓宇比較殘舊，保養較差。

需然事前都估計到是小業主沒有用途的住宅，改裝做出租民宿，但天寒地凍及落雨晚上，我們在小區大閘外等人帶才可入小區我，我不停打震。
我定了6間房，分開3个樓層，我獨自行出電梯後，柒黑一片不敢行，最後都係等人帶才找到所租單位，基本上單位是清潔舒適的，但不够10度的天氣，沒有暖氣。
只有一張薄薄的棉被，早餐時，我的朋友們都異口同聲說，要起身穿着大外套才能繼續睡覺。
