旅遊這麼多次，住過這麼多酒店，我一般都推薦酒店，第一次碰到這種體驗感這麼差的酒店，朋友臨時有事，當地天氣最近也是新聞極端天氣，想着安全第一，去溝通退了，怎麼溝通付違約金也不肯退（要麼衹有去，不去不能退，訂的家庭套房也不便宜，最終朋友沒去費用全損失）態度很堅硬完全沒有商量，改期也不肯，酒店衞生真的不配評的豪華酒店，服務員態度也都一般，沒有笑臉和熱情（有個別還可以），還有看到服務員（看服裝不是普通服務員，大概領導級別）和住客吵架，很拽很兇對住客叫，倒數第二天當地雷暴雨一天，沒出酒店一步，都在酒店餐廳用餐，家裡人吃成（酒店這種海鮮新不新鮮就不清楚了）腸胃炎，第二天早上退了房回來立馬去醫院看了掛水，出去旅遊這麼多次也沒碰到過吃成這樣，總之這家避坑！謹慎選擇！

差點被它毀了整個旅程……走了半天才到房間，一打開房門發現好多地方都沒搞衞生，尤其是洗手間，邊角好多灰，馬桶邊有一大灘水（還不確定是不是乾淨的水），廁紙也沒換…打了電話叫人來搞衞生，結果驚呆了！那個保潔大叔竟然拿酒店配的浴巾直接在我眼皮底下擦地板！！然後還振振有詞説地上有水不擦還幹嘛……無語凝噎
於是我們打電話給前台説要換房間，等了大半個小時給我們換了一間（當時已經晚上7點多了，餓着肚子等），本以為OK了，結果新的房間一看，那個洗手枱下面和浴室的牆壁都是黴菌🤢🤢🤢（太噁心了這一部分沒拍照…）又打給前台，又讓我們等了半個多小時……才終於換到一間相對正常的，當時已經是晚上8點多了，餓得走不出門了，衹能點外賣
説到外賣提醒大家一句，這家外賣沒法送上樓！！要自己到很遠的一個外賣點去取，從房間走過去要7、8分鐘，來回一次15分鐘o（╥﹏╥）o
本來以為已經夠長見識了，結果臨走的時候還給我們一大驚喜。男朋友拎着行李沒注意，差點在電梯口撞上個大蜘蛛網！！！（見圖五，真的震驚到了）我就算住100多塊的民宿都不至於這麼邋遢，何況這個價，4位數一晚在深圳都算高級了，就給我這個？？？
這次本來是想來過紀念日的，原本對象還備註了想要一點佈置呢，結果完全無視了備註就不説了，連基本的乾淨衞生都做不到……就湊活着睡了一晚，氣氛被破壞完了。親身經歷幫大家排雷，希望你在預訂前看到能避免被坑😭😭😭

服务：前台服務員酥酥態度不錯，給我們升級房間天逸變成天際房間，可以看到前面沙灘海景。如果不明白可以問她，秒回覆我👍🏼
卫生：但房間有少少污糟，重點是角落位最多的
