1.客廳燈有一個壞的
2.客廳沙發上有污漬整體看上去比較舊
3.酒店外牆老化嚴重
4.酒店包含的特色套餐和實際上的菜不符，但整體菜品可以
5.酒店有很大的黴味（靠近海邊每間房放個去濕器比較好）
6.酒店內的便利店的商品不便宜，一瓶可樂售價12元
7.我們住的那一間門很難關和開
8.房間的咖啡機是壞的，服務人員在處理時同時還在與內部爭論工作，聲音比較大，由於有小朋友在睡覺有提醒工作人員，效果不好，最後在告知她在工作時請安靜，才停止。
9.樓上房間的窗户漏風，睡覺的時候不用開空調
10.房間這個價格相應的服務和硬件沒有享受到

避開五一假期來雙月灣，預訂的高級正海景房，到店免費升級了豪華型，酒店各部服務都比較熱情，前台思思服務認真。保安員提示可以下車庫，車庫的停車位非常充裕，這是其他高星級酒店往往達不到的。房間硬件設施理想，陽台看海景很美，還有大浴缸，可以泡澡看海景，房間很大，唯一美中不足是淋浴水壓小了點。早餐品種豐富，出品可以再精緻點。酒店提供的旅拍不錯，攝影師技術專業。總體來講，酒店入住體驗不錯！

超級爛的酒店，花了最貴的錢買了最差的環境和服務、半夜被下水道惡臭味薰得醒，其他體驗感也超級差，明知道有下水管道問題還堅持讓客户住，真是讓雙月灣掉分
