Thank you very much for the hotel staff's honesty🫶🏻We accidentally left our iPad in the room and drove away after checking out. The hotel called us to come back and pick it up. When we came back to the hotel, we learned that their leaders wanted to reward the cleaners. It was really nice. I am very grateful to the staff. And unexpectedly, we were very tired on the highway and found a hotel to check in at midnight. We learned that we could delay check-out if we came to the hotel at midnight🥹Guangdong service is really good. I called the hotel in Xiamen and both of them did not allow it, although we also checked out at 12 o'clock haha😆 But the hotel service is very good in terms of hardware. I will come again next time I pass by.

The Mid-Autumn Festival Expressway is too congested, so come down to avoid the rush hour. This one in Huidong County is a bit more expensive, so I thought it would be good. But a twin room costs more than 500, which is a bit not worth it. The room was fine, but the air conditioner was not turned on in the corridor, which made it extremely hot. There are not many varieties of breakfast, and the taste can be improved.

The hotel room is large and very clean. The front desk staff has a good service attitude. I left my watch in the room after checking out. The staff called me immediately and took the watch back. The service was considerate.

The hotel is very new and does not smell like other hotels because the lobby is non-smoking. The restaurant in the hotel is also delicious.

Haha, I definitely didn’t expect that I could post my dissatisfaction twice since we booked two rooms. I rarely give negative reviews. The result was two at a time. Breakfast ended at 10 o'clock, but when I arrived at the restaurant at 9:10, there was nothing. Even when I asked the waiter, no one came to add more. I had no choice but to order a bowl of rice noodles. There were no scallions in the seasoning bowl. I asked for scallions to be found in another place, but the scallions inside were all dry. I didn't understand before, looking at the relatively high-end hotels in the local area, why the ratings were so poor, but now I understand. Service awareness is too poor.

The room was clean and hygienic. I requested a non-smoking room in advance and there was no opposite sex. A piece of fruit was prepared in advance.

I don't know how many times I've stayed at Ramada. The room is big. Anyway, I stay at Ramada when I come to Huidong County. Comfortable.

The hotel is definitely a high-end Ramada hotel. The decoration details are very good. The lobby is grand and the light blocking in the room is very good. This is much better than many higher-end hotels. The service is warm and the hotel staff will greet you when they meet. I would like to especially thank the two front desk staff for their help. Once, when a child lost a toy, they helped check all three elevators. Another time, when something was missed, they called to remind me within 10 minutes and solved it perfectly.

Nice environment, good hotel facilities and services

From the outside, it looks high-end, but the configuration inside is not good at all, the breakfast is not good and it is cold and deserted.

Every time I go back to my hometown and stay in this hotel, I feel like home. Ms. Zhu at the front desk is very nice and helps us take care of things every time. This hotel should be the best one in Huidong County for now. I will continue to stay there next time.
