The hotel and room are very nice. Staff is nice but can not speak english. The area is not suitable for foreigners, I'd rather stay near Shili beach..

Mote not working, trash and construction rubble everywhere ,Rooms need maintenance, smelly bathrooms, doesn't have a pool, no hot springs available. I gave one diamond because I can't give less.

I found this hotel very underwhelming, and not really very reflective of the photos on the website. The area is still being developed and the 'Spanish town' is not finished. The pool and gym facilities are in a separate building and not within the hotel itself. Our room had no soap or shampoo, half of the plugs did not work and the phone also didn't work. So couldn't call down to the desk with our issues. It's better to pay more and stay in a better rated hotel, you really do get what you pay for.

The hotel is very close to sea beach... also the location is very convenient as well. Can get MacDonald or street food or local Chinese restaurant quite easily. The room was also clean and tidy.
