Chris at the front desk was very helpful. We needed to check in 2 or 3 hours in advance before there were any remaining rooms. He quickly arranged it for us and upgraded the room for free. The room was also large and comfortable. When checking out, he carefully asked us if we were enjoying our stay, gave us a small gift, and was very happy to call a car for us. Friendly & helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of options both western & Chinese. All the food was delicious! Rooms were spacious & tastefully decorated. Soft bath towels & robes. Ocean view rooms & great amenities. There are 3 pools and a private beach area, the hotel provides a shuttle down to the beach. Excellent service.
