The room size is actually larger than what I expected. Lots of space and the air con is well maintained. Also, this hotel is located next to a school. You would enjoy the quiet night if your booking is on Friday and Sunday night during school days or summer vacation time.

The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s a good value for the price.

I forgot to take pictures, but it was really clean and tidy. The hotel's shower gel and shampoo were carefully selected, not ordinary brands. The toothpaste is from Shuke. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The water output of the shower head is comparable to that of Hansgrohe's mirror rain. The overall hotel is very new. There are markets and restaurants around, and parking is convenient. It is very cost-effective and recommended.

The room is newly renovated in a minimalist style, with large space, quiet and comfortable, no odor, and a reasonable bathroom design, making the bath very comfortable. Convenient transportation, many delicious foods near the hotel, affordable, close to West Lake, and not far from West Lake Station.

I booked a non-smoking room, but it is difficult for mainland hotels to prohibit guests from secretly smoking, so the hotel has to deal with the smoke smell in the room before check-in. When I checked in, I thought it was acceptable, except that the bathroom occasionally smelled of cigarette smoke. Simple breakfast, free self-service laundry and drying are included, and there are 4 units. There are two Gyms🤣🤣The front desk clerk Rabbit is very gentle and has a good service attitude. The happiest time in the hotel is after listening to Miriam Yeung's concert, I took a super comfortable bath, and then ate a pretty good Hengli soup noodles while watching TV with air conditioning! Hehe, happy!

The staff has a good attitude. The room was clean and tidy. I got a suite. It was very convenient. There was a lot of space and there was a desk where the children could do their homework. It would have been better if there was a desk lamp. I will continue to book this hotel next time I go to West Lake. I am satisfied.
