"This hotel truly amazed me! From check-in to check-out, every detail was impeccable, and I have to give it a huge thumbs up! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, checking us in quickly and attentively, and they even offered to upgrade our room! Every time they passed by the lobby, they greeted us with a smile, which made me feel incredibly warm. The room was incredibly clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I didn't want to get up from it! The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and a hot shower instantly soothed my tiredness. The soundproofing was also excellent, and they provided disposable earplugs, so I wasn't disturbed by hallway noises at all. I had a wonderful night's sleep! The breakfast was quite varied, with not only Chinese buns, but also freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit! The soy milk was also incredibly delicious, and a cup of it warmed me up instantly in the morning. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the food court and shopping mall, making it super convenient for both dining and shopping. When I returned home that night, the room was already tidy, even the slippers were neatly arranged. Perfect attention to detail! Overall, this stay was impeccable and I highly recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!"

Health is also reassuring, specially asked for 2 more toothbrushes, the service staff quickly sent. There are many cars at night, but the parking space can still be satisfied. The privacy of the room is also good. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, it is worth coming to punch in."

I originally thought I'd find a slightly better hotel passing through Huizhou, but this is the first time I've ever had such a severe allergic reaction while traveling. The key point is that the staff were incredibly cold throughout. Not a single apology from beginning to end, and no attempt at making amends. Finally, I went to the front desk to discuss it with the supposed hotel manager. I was on a call next to them, and as a hotel manager and staff member, they were whispering and laughing in front of a customer, with that kind of mocking smile. I want to ask you, if you had such an allergic reaction, would you still be able to smile like that? I sincerely hope the hotel's senior management can properly educate such staff members!"
