Best thing-it wasn’t crowded, which made a great relaxing experience for us! Perfect getaway for a rainy day! The rooms are beautiful and brand new; every room has cosy beds, clean towels, huge balcony with enormous stone-made tub. Big plus 1: rooms are equipped with ‘smart’ toilet. Big plus 2: drinks in fridge (cola, beer, sprite, 4 bottles of water) as well as awesome tea leaves bags are for free! Big plus 3: early check-in and late check-out (11am and 1pm in our case) were available on the days of our stay Big plus 4: my son got a cute toy as a gift from the reception staff. Great stay, top service, we’re so coming back ❤️"

She even proactively offered me warm tea, provided detailed information about nearby subway stations and a list of must-try restaurants, and thoughtfully shared tips on avoiding taxi scams. The room was even more delightful. The moment I opened the door, I was amazed by its cleanliness. The floor was perfectly comfortable to walk on barefoot, the bedding was as soft as a cloud, making it incredibly comfortable to sleep naked, and the mattress was just the right firmness – even with my neck problems, I slept soundly through the night. The bathroom was spotless, the shower door was completely dry, hot water came out in seconds with a stable temperature, and even the toiletries had a pleasant fragrance – a level of quality far beyond typical hotel amenities. The facilities were also incredibly thoughtful. There was a USB charging port and a nightlight by the bedside, so I didn't have to fumble for a socket in the dark while using my phone. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, ensuring smooth streaming and work without any lag. The air conditioning was remarkably quiet, and despite the city skyline view from the window, there was absolutely no noise. The most unexpected surprise was that the front desk gave us local specialty snacks as a souvenir upon check-out—a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by shopping districts and convenience stores, making it incredibly convenient for both tourists and business travelers. The value for money is phenomenal; the service and facilities are excellent, yet the price is very reasonable. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"It's ridiculous. The projector light can't be turned off, and it's right above your head, so it's very bright even with the lights off. The room is also incredibly stuffy; even with the air conditioning set to 20 degrees Celsius, it was still stuffy. The soundproofing is so-so. The service was okay, but the breakfast was also terrible. It's the first time I've ever seen soup noodles that you have to cook yourself."
