"The facilities and service were acceptable. However, the cleanliness was somewhat disappointing. First, one edge of the full-length mirror was covered in oily water droplets. Second, there were sticky stains on the table where the bottled water was placed, and one of the bottles felt sticky to the touch. Third, when I lifted the blankets, there were yellow stains on the sheets—were they unwashed or hadn't been changed? Fortunately, after calling the front desk, a cleaning lady came to change the sheets promptly. This isn't my first time here, but this time the cleanliness was truly unacceptable."

"The room was quite spacious, much larger than typical budget hotels, and the bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The window overlooks the botanical garden (which is across the street), and it's also very close to Huizhou West Lake. Parking is free in the hotel's front courtyard. I booked a room with breakfast, but it was quite mediocre with limited choices and poorly prepared. The coffee was pre-brewed and kept in a pot. For noodles, you had to cook them yourself, which made the area feel messy and unorganized. Additionally, the hotel is over an hour's drive (one way) from both Shuangyue Bay and Xunliao Bay, which is a bit inconvenient."

It was like living in a heavenly abode amidst the clouds. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and a great atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive."

Best thing-it wasn’t crowded, which made a great relaxing experience for us! Perfect getaway for a rainy day! The rooms are beautiful and brand new; every room has cosy beds, clean towels, huge balcony with enormous stone-made tub. Big plus 1: rooms are equipped with ‘smart’ toilet. Big plus 2: drinks in fridge (cola, beer, sprite, 4 bottles of water) as well as awesome tea leaves bags are for free! Big plus 3: early check-in and late check-out (11am and 1pm in our case) were available on the days of our stay Big plus 4: my son got a cute toy as a gift from the reception staff. Great stay, top service, we’re so coming back ❤️"
