前枱服務有待改善 。因當天下大雨，房間沒有雨傘 。到前枱問，職員說房間有，我們已說沒有 。要我們回房間再看，我說如果沒有怎麼辦？要我們打電話服務枱，當然房間是沒有雨傘，打了電話，又叫我們下前枱取 。又到了前枱，前枱員工不太友善，很不願意給了我們1把雨傘，我們是2大1小孩 。
在惠州算是5星級酒店，房價也不算便宜 。只是一把雨傘？來來回回。希望可以改善 。

The worst five-star hotel experience. The quilt in the room smelled very smelly and musty. The whole hotel was very dirty. There was a loud knock on the door in the middle of the night. I reported it to the hotel but they didn't respond. The Chinese food in the hotel was unpalatable and expensive. There was a 10% service charge for sitting in the lobby. I booked a room with Ctrip and went to the front desk, but they couldn't find my name and I had to wait for a long time.
