Lavande Hotel Reviews

The hotel was impeccably clean and the amenities were great! The bed was soft and luxurious to sleep in. The size of the bathroom and type of shower made for an enjoyable experience. Speakers in the bathroom allow you to listen to your own music via Bluetooth, whilst taking a shower. The quality of the sound system was very good. Overall a very good and enjoyable experience!

Very good

Different from other Lavande, this Lavande: 1. The TV cannot be projected, and Tencent Aurora cannot be used at all. 2. The sheets and duvet cover are bad (the aunt who came to change the sheets is also very helpless), and they are still dirty as shown in the picture. 3. There are a lot of hair left by others on the head of the bed, which is somewhat disgusting... (although this phenomenon exists in many Lavande). 4. The tea bag is not Lavande's scented tea, it is very similar to the tea bag that no one drinks in the hostel near the urban-rural border. 5. The room is surprisingly small. 6. The breakfast is so-so. 7. The uncle in the parking lot in the commercial area downstairs may not have a good hearing. He shouted "Master" for a long time and wanted to ask for directions without raising his head (I rarely comment unless I am extremely dissatisfied). The only consolation is that the front desk service attitude is not bad.

Free breakfast was provided for several bookings in the past, but now it has been cancelled and the service is not good

房太小了，感覺很壓抑，燈超暗，下面有個超市，挺方便

帶兒子出行，朋友家玩的較晚，凌晨一點多入住酒店，不大喜歡在走廊裏盡頭的客房，客服馬上給安排了客房升級，非常感謝前台美女！酒店是連鎖業，各方面都不錯的，第二次入住這家酒店了，值得選擇！

酒店位置不錯，離市中心很近，下了高速2公里就到了，很方便。停車場大，房間也舒服，找吃的也很方便！不錯

前台服務很熱情，房間非常寬敞，整體環境不錯，但是也有些需要改善的，房間燈太暗了，另外，電梯進去不用刷卡，有點不太安全，最後就是浴室的下水有點慢，導致洗澡時水都溢出來了

旁邊就是曼聯廣場，個別服務員態度一般，燈光比較暗，完全沒有主燈照明。水壓也比較低，衛生程度一般，

客房乾淨整潔，服務態度熱情！有一種回家的感覺！強烈推薦！

蘇拉颱風 酒店地點方便，附近餐廳有開門 但大雨下，前台服務幫忙借雨傘外出 酒店房間很大很乾淨 房間還有空氣清新機及雪櫃和香薰機 香薰的味道很好聞好舒服 浴室也空間感十足 前台服務很友善親切 早餐的菜也很新鮮

太棒了！！前台美女人美心善，樂於助人，服務到位，免費升級房間，地理位置方便，樓下有吃飲玩，例如超市，餐廳，咖啡廳，附近有大排檔，燒烤店，按摩店！！！爽！！值得推薦！

雖然交通有点阻塞，但有免費停車位置，尚算可以，前台服務員很熱誠有礼貌，效率很快，服務很好，房間寬敞，感覺很舒適，洗手間也很大而且有音乐，让人很放松地洗澡，絕對有助消除疲勞。
