房間衞生超級差，一心想着近水東街，所以沒看評價，他是沒有停車位的，地板不知道貼了多小層了，房間有異味，都沒住過這樣差酒店，以為近水東街不會太差

房間空調熱風還可以，電視沒有節目説是網絡升級，熱水不錯，快，熱。服務較差，訂的是標準雙雙床房，變成了是內窗的房間，找她換還美其名曰他們的"標準'就是內窗。最後還是不情願的換了外窗房。

櫃台服務親切，酒店位置位於市中心，走幾步路便可暢遊惠州西湖美景，只是不巧，剛好遇上電視與熱水都發生了小故障
