服務態度不錯，笑容挺好，房間挺大的房間很寬敞環境乾淨酒店不錯，沒想到入住效果還挺滿意的位置比較好找，不需要按金退房快，感覺蠻不錯，前台很好人免費幫我升級房間，東西掉了主動聯繫我幫我寄回來非常完美的一次住宿，確實挺不錯的以後住酒店

The sanitation is not good. We originally booked a twin room for 200+. But because the sanitation was bad on the first day, we were changed to a king-size bed room. The price was different. They said they would pay the difference but they dragged their feet and didn't make any noise. In the end, they didn't pay it in full. I'm speechless. The watermelon that the previous guest ate was not cleaned up. It stinks.

I chatted with her on WeChat and said that if I couldn't go to the hotel to look at rooms, I would stay in the Zen room. Since she didn't reply to my message, I saw her playing with her phone at the front desk when I arrived at the hotel. This is the worst front desk I have stayed in so many hotels.
