衞生臟亂差不説 我們本來訂的雙床200+的價格 因為第一天衞生太差給我們換了大床房 結果價格不一樣 説要補差價給我們拖拖拉拉都沒聲音 最後補還沒補全無語 上一個客人吃的西瓜都沒清理掉 都發臭了

住了菲爾瑞幾次了，這次非常不愉快，第一次碰到這種愛答不理的前台，跟她在微信聊了，説去酒店看房不行就住禪意房吧，既然訊息都不回了，到了酒店看到她在前台玩手機這，這是我住過這麼多酒店最差的一個前台，全程一點笑容都沒有好像欠他幾百萬那樣，一點禮貌都沒有記得當時是3月27號18點48分，

酒店位於市中心繁華地段，逛街、吃飯、娛樂都很方便，位置優越交通便利，價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好的多了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情，個人覺得性價比蠻高。強烈安利這家酒店。
