房間還算收拾的比較整齊，衹是那個小區的停車費非常貴，沒有提前通知到，使用人一天要60塊錢的停車費比較誇張

#好評#對職員友善度滿意；#負評#對浴室失望；预定时主要看他性价比高，周六一房一厅两百多，一线海景。住进去后发现有很多问题，第一个是热水器一直坏，一开始很热，大概两分钟后就变冷水，重启后一直重复这忽冷忽热，两个小孩洗澡差点感冒。第二个是设备、装修都老化了，墙上的瓷砖老化开裂感觉快掉下来了，桌子、茶几、沙发都很旧，木制品都开裂看到裂痕。第三个是卫生搞得不够干净，卫生间、阳台门玻璃上明显看到水痕，抽油烟机上面有明显一层灰尘。最后说一个优点是掌柜小哥很热情，少了拖鞋也很快送过来，这个要点赞。

總體還行，房子位置非常好，觀海大陽台，衞生也還行，就是有些小細節店家要注意下，比如有些射燈不亮了，雖然不影響照明，但會讓有些客人感覺沒人打理的錯覺……
