電話諮詢酒店前台説上午9：30-下午6：30車停在景區停車場，酒店有觀光車可以免費接送，於是訂了酒店，6：10分到了停車場打電話給前台過來接一直在停車場等到7點，中途説車壞了，又説下班了各種理由推脱。第二天早上等到9：30到前台等待觀光車過來接，告知必須先退房才可以安排觀光車送，因為我們一行四人，衹有兩人先離開，無奈衹能選擇退房，前台又告知要10：00才上班，要等到10：00後才能送，這服務真是垃圾中的天花板！

先説缺點，因為缺點太多，酒店設施老舊，房間不乾淨，傢俱都有些發黴，味道大，床很硬，睡着腰都疼
