很滿意的入住體驗大廳，很大，環境很好，前台服務很好，辦理很快，房間設施設備很齊全，房間還配有兩衹免費礦泉水，床品也很舒服，還免費延遲退房，很不錯[哇][哇]

出門過個馬路就是西湖美景，床也非常非常的柔軟，前台的人員24小時都有人在。而且服務非常到位，房間不錯，推薦！

地點还算方便，後面便是步行街，附近很多食肆。民宿設施較舊，浴室不是乾濕分離，淋浴時沒有地方放衣服。因我們沒有內地電話，所以check in 頗為麻煩！.

環境真不錯！沒想到這麼便宜的價格還有這樣的條件非常驚喜。最重要地理位置極佳，出門就是西湖景區中心大門。工作人員也很熱情招待，房間也很寬敝，如圖介紹的一樣。整體來説非常滿意👍，很有氣質的民宿，比一般小酒店要強很多！

不誠信商家！面積不實，在網上發佈是25---30平方的房間，誇大近一倍，衹有13平左右。樓層高特別低，很壓抑，吊燈都幾乎到頭頂了！衞生間窄，幾乎無法轉身，馬桶小馬桶蓋質量差，隔音差，晚上睡覺很吵，衞生非常非常差，很多蚊子幾乎一個晚上無法入睡！服務差，原來訂兩天的房間退一晚，投訴説退房，前台直接説房費不退！黑店黑店！住過最差的酒店！走廊過道地毯發黑，很臟，走廊過道才不到1.2米，存在嚴重逃生安全隱患。浴室和入門有台階，晚上上廁所存在極大安全隱患。
