我們5.23日入住碧桂園温泉酒店一天，感覺非常好，特別是管家式服務，看到我們年今八十，方女士派人就送來洗浴防跌倒椅子，管家幫我們快遞部分行李回北京，雨中接送我們就餐等。特別是前台接待員張琰樂於助人，23日晚上想方設法幫忙我們老年人網上搶購高鐵票成功，非常感謝這位樂於助人的好青年！

酒店服務周到。我同行朋友在泡温泉過程中把太陽鏡方到浴衣的口袋中並把浴衣在出浴後放到回收箱裏，温泉部明燦，前台莎莎小姐及及它同事多方查找，並且順利找到了。非常感謝！！！
