由踏入酒店大門開始就愛上這間酒店！門口服務員笑容可掬地開門迎接我和我太太，恭候語溫柔地送上，進入酒店被適當的空調包圍著，暑氣盡消，接待員(一男一女)用真誠的態度處理我們的預訂，只有更詳盡的講解，沒有絲毫 敷衍，女職員還親自帶我們到升降機前等候，我們不是滿意服務，是喜出望外。
房間一如自選配套，沒有遺漏，整潔方面沒有投訴空間，浴缸放水及去水速度快捷，温度適中，令我可以舒適地泡浴。電視反應就慢了一點，但可以收看香港翡翠台也不錯。房中有一盒迎賓禮品，太太發覺盒子有一點破損，嘗試問正在走廊工作的服務員可否代為更換，換來的是對方誠懇的道歉及馬上換上另一份禮品....及額外多送一份，真是難以置信的好服務態度。
傍晚游泳完畢，櫃台服務員滿帶笑容並給我送上一支水，關切地對我說游泳後喝點水會舒服些....這一切都證明此酒店的服務態度是認真及無微不至的。
第二天離開酒店到前台辦理離開手續，男職員用有效率的態度處理，盡量令客人不需等候太長時間，辦理完畢正要離開，女職員溫柔地感謝我們入住，並送上一份小禮物答謝我們，又親自引領我們到門外，着門口服務員幫我們將行李放上計程車，用親切的笑容歡送我們.....下次再來惠州，我找不到理由不入住康帝洒店....多謝你們熱情的款待！

已經多次入住，湖景房不錯，可以看到惠州西湖，早餐品種也豐富。還有入住歡迎禮盒:花生糖，芝麻糖，陳皮梅，茶葉等等

灑店環境很好，地理位置很方便。房間光亮， 清潔，住的很舒服功夫。灑店員工都很熱情和有禮， 尤其是前台的 Irene和私人管家珊珊。 They are kind and patience, introducing the must-visit places and where to eat. Whenever she met us when we came back to the hotel, Irene will check with us on our visit experiences and offer ways to better enjoy the places and food. 謝謝 Irene!
