酒店位置很好就在西湖邊上，專門要了近水的房間，房間不是很大但有個小陽台，如同水上樓閣。酒店前台服務很好帶看了房間後才下訂。雨中的西湖別有一番風味，人比較少，可以悠閑的慢慢逛。旁邊商場裏的有心德茶點也很不錯，靠窗位置，俯瞰西湖，風景絕佳。

環境很好，在喜歡邊上，因為升級了房型，直接陽台對着西湖，很喜歡，喂一的就是早餐，六百多的酒店，早餐太差了。
