The check-in process was easy. Initially our room was not great. Beds were uncomfortable, but we asked to change and they helped us with no issues.

The room is spacious, bright and clean. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. There is plenty of hot water and high water pressure. There are two large balconies with views.
