我對貴酒店的服務和管理感到十分失望。我在這裏住了5天，但在整個住宿期間，沒有任何員工來更換洗浴用品，這讓我感到非常不便和不滿。衞生環境方面，房間的清潔狀況讓我感到擔憂。地板上有明顯的污漬，房間裏也有一些灰塵，這並不符合我對一個賓館的期待。而且，我注意到酒店收取了額外的衞生費用，但卻沒有提供相應的清潔服務，這讓我感到有些不合理。在整個入住期間，我也沒有看到任何員工出現在我所在的樓層，也沒有人來打掃房間提供其他服務。我希望貴酒店能夠重視客人的反饋意見，並改進服務質量。希望在未來的入住體驗中，能夠有所改善

酒店不錯，設施齊全，服務做的很好，不過要提前聯繫他們工作人員會好些，他們會有一些温馨提示和指引，他們裝修風格很漂亮，步行可以走到海邊，景區的商業街很熱鬧，還有個電影院，配套特別好，直接遊玩

定的大床房，床墊品質可以和我之前住的大酒店差不多，酒店位置也很不錯，去沙灘也很方便，小徑灣這個地方還是值得來的，吃的玩的都很多，酒店客服發給我們的遊玩攻略，基本不用去找地方，裏面都很齊全，整體感覺蠻好的，值得推薦！
