男前台服務態度極差，早上打電話問他還有什麼房，他説大床房，等我這邊訂好大床房，然後又説衹有豪華大床房，一定要我退了重新訂，攜程上點的積分兑換房型升級也不能用，前台就是不給升級，環境一般，設施老舊，豪華大床房就是噱頭，隔音差，早上施工的聲音巨響，壓根不值這個價，最差的一次酒店體驗
