First of all, I would like to give my compliment to trip.com. Actually I have accidentally clicked cancel booking and immediately chat with the help desk. The help desk agent help me to communicate with the hotel and they said will keep the booking. Then when I reached the hotel, the front desk staff told me my booking was cancel. Even though I show the email from trip.com that my booking was kept but the staff still insist that my booking was cancel and told me not to worry because I can get my fully refund. II was panic and it was too late to book other hotel and my family member were tired waiting to check in at the lobby. The staff told me to book a room on the spot and re confirm me I can get my refund. Then I tried to call and search the help line from trip.com apps. Luckily, the trip.com customer service was excellent, they all willing to help. And finally today I was told that I will get fully refund and they will give me free coins as a reward for trouble me! Thanks lot Trip.com, I am really recommend to use trip.com apps for booking flight and hotel. Thanks again for settle down my problem as fast as they could. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The facilities and services provided were generally good, but there were a few areas of concern. The room size was notably small, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay. Despite this drawback, the room was clean and well-maintained. The customer service was acceptable, although there were no exceptional experiences to highlight. Staff members were polite and responsive to inquiries, but there was room for improvement in terms of attentiveness. Unfortunately, the breakfast offered at the hotel was disappointing. The food was hard and not served at an appropriate temperature, which affected the dining experience negatively. In summary, while the hotel provided a generally good stay, there are areas such as room size and breakfast quality that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

Tiptop cleanliness

The apar**ent is actually nice and new, the room is clean, and it is very convenient to get in and out, but it is basically similar to Airbnb-style self-service check-in, especially for Chinese citizens going abroad, it is a bit inconvenient. It is best to add a little humanized check-in convenience

It’s very rare to live in nature while you’re in the city. Well flamingo hotel in the KL did it! Super cozy and comfy room, plus complete amenities i’d say. My intention was just to relax my mind and havva me time. They had a very big lake, so serene. Glad that i chose to stay here. Breakfast wise, love that the omelette and sausages were cook freshly upon request. Oh yes their BBQ dinner was delish! Worth every penny. Anyways thank you Mr Bas for the great service during my 4 days stay. You and your staffs were so helpful and always make sure the foods were theree. This hotel was so cool but it’ll be more attractive if they can improve here and there. Would be nice if the receptionist can be more welcoming (?)

The room (816) is spacious, clean with all basic amenities in the washroom, working air conditioner plus iron and ironing board, fridge and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.

The unit provided is sparkling clean, welcoming service. Facilities is Superb, perfect scenery and huge swimming pool with jacuzzi as well. We did enjoyed and have a good time 😍❤️✨👍👍
