Ade mini playground yg menyeronokkan buat anak2 sampai xnk berhenti bermain.. mknn breakfast yg sgt.. byk sgt pilihan mknn sampai xtau nak mkn ape.. hahahaha.. pape Pon mmg best la stay cni... this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

first time staying here with children,, very satisfied with the provision of equipment and comfort when we stayed for two nights.. will repeat again for the upcoming school holidays

The exhaust fan of toilet seem broken or install inversely, when open the toilet switch (light and exhaust fan), the 'incredible' smelly/odor coming from exhaust fan. I had called the service twice but they just spray fragrance only, they say will call the engineer come, 1030pm wait till 12am, and they say engineer not free/ still servicing other rooms. Imagine bath/ bath tubing and can't use exhaust fan, feel dizzy in there, I booked this hotel cuz I need relax and enjoy the bath tub but sadly I can't. Btw I also saw the staff's fragrance spray remain in the room from last guest when I check in (I self put at the walkway) and make me think, it not getting fixed. The room is clean, interior is very nice but the odor make us can't enjoy it.

requested to change bedsheet because dirty n smelly, they do change it, very clean! the room is clean and spaciousss too! love it! definitely will be in my list!

The Concept Hotel is a rare find in the city. Rates are simply attractive but what makes it stand out is, despite not being expensive, it is very clean. You could only chill in the lobby, with the view of Batu Caves across the road. It is also accessible to convenient stores and restaurants.

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5
