Loved everything about this place! The beach, the pool, the food and my room everything was exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and they made my stay even more enjoyable. I totally recommend the place for families, couples and solo travelers (like me) the place is for everyone and if you are planning to go to Sahl Hasheesh so Zen resort should be your first choice!

This hotel, Zen Resort is a very nice place, had nice and cozy rooms, nice reception service, we paid extra money for a very nice room with the big balcony and the view was amazing, but the service in the restaurant was very bad, and the resort didn't have the all day service in terms of food, nor drinks. You had to order in the restaurant and then wait for the meal long time as the hotel allows non-guests to come and dine in, instead of having the buffet all day and all inclusive service like it said in the offer of the agency we traveled with (1A Travel from Serbia) it was quite the opposite. The beach was very far away, you had to go via car to the beach - this was well organised by the hotel they had cars available for travel everyday every 5-10 minutes. However, the beach itself was horrible. Also, the hotel said that there is food available at the beach we could only eat Burgers for free and everything else we had to pay for extremely high prices, my pov is that this was way overpriced. Water was pulling back into the sea and the water level was so low, you could practically walk for miles and still be in the shallow. Beach was semi-sandy and entering the water was pure nightmare, because there was no sand in the beginning of the water. Sea floor was full with beautiful Corals and amazing colourful fish which was the only good thing about the water and see itself. Red sea is one of the amazing and most beautiful seas and i would most definitely visit again Egypt again, but never in a million years will I ever return to Shah Hasheesh and Zen Resort. Try to avoid this place and this beach.
