The room itself (we had a deluxe) was very spacious, well-maintained, and had constant hot water. Frankly, we couldn't believe our eyes when we checked in. The room was as well-appointed as a five-star chain hotel. The breakfasts were also good—not overly varied, but very tasty and fresh. We especially loved the mashed potatoes! The hotel's proximity to the airport is a plus, so it's a short walk before a flight."

I requested a room in the ground floor to ensure an easy accessibility for my child's stroller and they gave me a very good room with the specs requested. The food was very good, not a huge list of items but with a delicious taste. Animation team was a active and they do a great job entraining the guests. I'd like to thank Ahmed from the reception for his decency and professionalism."

"Location: A bit far from the city center, reachable by a 50 EGP taxi ride. The surrounding area is full of resort hotels and feels very safe. Service: Pretty good. After check-in, staff helped with luggage, and a small tip is appreciated. Check-out was at 12:00 PM, but lunch started at 12:30 PM. The front desk confirmed that checking out wouldn't affect our ability to eat lunch. Facilities: The rooms are old, I'd even say very old. This was my first time ever finding sheets and duvet covers so pilled that it felt like lying on sandpaper. The equipment rental shop for snorkeling gear was extremely far away; walking there under the hot sun was exhausting. Dining: The all-inclusive (three meals) was decent. In the evening, the Italian restaurant offered custom pizzas, and the pizza chef was fantastic. Environment: Once you get into the water, there are plenty of corals, big fish, and small fish. The coral near the shore is quite bleached, but it's quite nice if you swim a bit further out."
