Only here one night but would love to stay more. Loved the Flintstone theme. Room was perfect, clean spacious and smelt fantastic. Modern fixtures and fittings making is so homey and comfortable. Fantastic selection of restaurants bars and snacks throughout the day. Perfect if you don't intent to explore. A little way from Hurghada itself so any excursions will require travel. Other than that an excellent place to stay!

This hotel markets itself as a 5-star establishment, but several aspects contradicted that claim. Let me start with the positives. We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed. We were able to arrange an early check-in for $50 and were immediately offered sandwiches. The reception and lounge areas are renovated, clean, and comfortable. The hotel boasts many pools, its own water park, and a private section of the beach. The all-inclusive dining was also decent, with a wide variety of dishes including fish, meat, and chicken, plus plenty of desserts. My only minor complaint is that I would have liked more fruit options, as only apples and bananas were available. Now, for why I lowered my rating. Firstly, the room was in very poor condition. There were no slippers, robes, or toiletries. The air conditioning didn't work, making the room very cold. And the dirty shower cabin left a lasting impression: after turning on the water, dirt started floating on the floor. I also wasn't very impressed with the entertainment staff. Their main activity seemed to be trying to get guests to go to a disco for $20. A few words about the beach: the entry into the sea isn't sandy; you have to walk through silt, and it's very shallow. I could only go knee-deep before the buoys, and it felt too risky to go further. Swimming in the sea felt more like splashing in a puddle. In summary, it's not the worst hotel, but it certainly didn't feel like a five-star experience. And it seemed quite expensive for the quality of the room.

This stay had a mix of very prominent pros and cons. It's suitable for families with children, but those who are particular about their environment might want to look elsewhere. Half of the hotel is currently under renovation, and there's construction going on next door, leading to a lot of dust. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, and you can tell the facilities have seen better days, which slightly impacted my mood during the stay. However, the service truly deserves praise. The staff were enthusiastic and responsive to any issues, handling them very efficiently. The hotel's highlights are perfect for families: There are three pools to choose from, which kept the kids thoroughly entertained; it boasts a private beach that's quiet and uncrowded, with a comfortable environment perfect for gazing at the sea or simply relaxing. They also organize different themed activities daily, with evening performances, ensuring that entertaining the kids is never boring. Regarding dining, it's an all-inclusive package. The daily meals were quite ordinary in taste, but the advantage is being able to book different specialty dinners in advance, which helps to vary the flavors a bit. Getting enough to eat wasn't an issue. In summary: Its strengths lie in the family-friendly amenities, beach environment, and service. Those bothered by renovations, dust, and old rooms should think twice. However, families looking for a pure vacation with kids, seeking ease and convenience, might consider it.

The hotel is very large and pleasant, with good facilities and excellent cleanliness. The food is quite varied, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The managers are always in personal contact with guests to find out their satisfaction with the hotel service, whether it's food, cleanliness, service, etc. Many pools and water slides. An experience to repeat.

Excellent resort with amazing sea views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, and the service was outstanding from check-in to departure. We especially loved the private beach and sunset views. A fantastic all-inclusive experience. Plenty of food choices, lovely swimming pools, restaurants and gardens were all impressive. Staff worked tirelessly to ensure guests were happy and comfortable. I would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Stumbled into the base of a Chinese tour group The room is quite average and not worthy of the five-star rating. The food and beverage variety is very small and the quality is very average. The level is about 4 stars, which is lower than other five stars in the area where I live. It seems that it is because there are too many tour groups. There are very few entertainment facilities and there are no entertainment activities in the evening. The bay is also very ordinary. The beach and water quality are not as good as other bays in the Red Sea. If possible, it is better to live in the south of the city. There is nothing near the door, so forget it when you go shopping.
