Hotels in Al Ahyaa, Hurghada

The location isn't great, with nothing much around. However, the hotel itself is very clean. There are plenty of activities and a private beach (though the sea isn't great, the hotel facilities are excellent). I saw many compliments about the buffet, but for all four days, it was really disappointing (I just looked, didn't eat). Most of the service was good, but one particular staff member was not (friendly to Caucasians, ignored Asians). I reported this to the reception and the hotel, and they responded and handled it very kindly and quickly, keeping me informed of the outcome, which was good. I've given a good star rating, but I probably won't visit again due to the memory of that specific staff member. The hospitality of the staff at the Tri- hotel in New Cairo, where I stayed the next day, was truly amazing.

We travelled as a family of four, and our stay at SUNRISE Le Jardin exceeded every expectation. The hotel delivered excellence in all areas: food, service, cleanliness, activities, pools, and the beach. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable. Even though the hotel was undergoing some renovation work, we barely noticed anything. The entire experience felt seamless. The staff truly stood out. Every team member greeted us with a smile, was helpful, polite, and consistently professional. Their teamwork and positive attitude made a big difference, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. Our children absolutely loved it. We have travelled to many countries, but this hotel in Hurghada clearly stands out when it comes to service level, activities, and the number of pools and facilities available. The beach was large and clean, the pools and waterpark offered plenty of variety and capacity, and everything felt safe and family-friendly. It is a place that perfectly suits small children, teenagers, and adults alike. Our room was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The cleaning was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel impressed us especially with its day- and evening activities for both children and adults. There was always something fun to do, and the variation ensured that every day felt different. We will definitely return. In fact, we were already discussing our next trip before we even got back home. Our children truly did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Huge and spectacular hotel. Spacious and complete rooms. Clean and modern. Very friendly people at the reception and restaurants. Large swimming pools for adults and children. Activities all day for all ages. Varied food, each night is traditional cuisine from a different country. Exit to the direct beach, with a walkway to go to a deeper part. Very good all inclusive. Highly recommended.

Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

The room is very good, truthfully described, please refer to my other review. If you want to go to sea, it is best not to book through the hotel, it is much more expensive, it is best to go to the travel agency on the street in person.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and received a fantastic welcome. The service was excellent, the staff were very attentive and caring. The food was delicious, and the pools, amenities, and rooms were all very clean. The entertainment offered was fun. It's perfect for both children and adults. It's a truly excellent 5-star hotel. Located 20 minutes from El Gouna and 25 minutes from the center of Hurghada.

From a private hotel, settled before 14 hours. When you left, the bracelet was not removed. The hotel is large, lots of pool, one with a heated big. The beach is comfortable, the sea is small, but we knew it already. Not swimming, sunshine and breathing marine air. Food is diverse and a lot, the concept of the hotel album is all included.
