"Close to the airport. The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the standard and quality, but at least the service was pleasant. I also was not pleased with leaving my documents with the receptionist overnight, as in the morning when checking out they forgot the return it back."

The rooms are large enough and very clean, there are many swimming pools and even one warm pool
Beside the swimming pool at the aqua park area.
The Aqua Park is amazing has almost 36 slide and very fun also there is another wave pool for kids and adults.
I would love to come again definitely, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food quality was very good and food plates are various.

GGuest UserThe scenery outside the hotel is very good. It seems that the location is very safe in the resort area, but it will experience a power outage. The hotel did not inform in advance. After the power outage, I did not inform the staff. Afterwards, I said that the power outage was 10 minutes. After I woke up, I found that the power outage was more than a few small. It was time, there was no electricity, and the hotel was very dishonest. The internal facilities of the room are also average.

However, due to its proximity to a busy main road, there is occasional street noise at night. Light sleepers are advised to choose a higher floor room or bring earplugs for better soundproofing.
Service is decent. The front desk staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are quick and easy, with basic assistance provided when needed. The rooms are well-equipped, including a hairdryer (powerful and quick-drying), free Wi-Fi, and basic toiletries, making them quite convenient.
A simple breakfast is provided. For a more substantial breakfast, you might need to visit a nearby tea restaurant or shopping mall.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for travelers on a budget who value location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable, making it suitable for short stays or business trips.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.

GGuest UserRooms well laid out & clean. Beds firm. Shower has good water pressure & bathrooms good size. A bed side light would have been appreciated, rather than having to get out of bed to switch light off.
Lovely from balcony.
Had breakfast included but ate out of the hotel evenings & therefore can't comment on dinner.
Breakfast was 10/10, great variety, well cooked, well presented & very tasty.
All the staff we met were friendly, attentive, efficient & professional from Reception to House Keeping & everyone in between.

If you have a packed itinerary during the day, this is a good choice. The hotel staff are very welcoming and speak fluent English. Breakfast is served at the rooftop terrace restaurant. It's not large, but you can enjoy your breakfast while feeling the sea breeze and sunshine. PS: Breakfast service is a bit slow; if you have early morning activities, it's advisable to schedule a time with the front desk in advance.

The location is quite biased, it is not easy to check out and take a taxi.

ЕЕFor the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff.
For 3 *** it’s quite worthy ... and I know what I'm writing about.

Everything was fantastic: the good price, the breakfast buffet and drinks, the swimming pool and the scenery around the beach; the environment and the natural decoration with beautiful trees and flowers. The hotel is very beautiful and spacious in their rooms; also the balconies are very convenient to stay there taking the tea and for relaxing time. Special thanks to Hossah and Eng/Mohamed.
