Actually, hotel is not bad. I just cannot understand a few things. I stayed 3 day but they provide us only 1 bottle of water for the first day. When ı request water for our second day, they told me its extra. This is not good behavior. What if ı reserved 1 day and ı reserved the other day seperately, what would happen? It s not sensible. And, the real issue was the check in moment. We wanted to pay cash but the receptionist said there is no change on their cash box to repay our money. Ok, we said we can pay with card. However receptionist said they can not accept pay with card for total amount. So, we had to find exact amount on our pockets. This was too chaotic and not nice moment. I don’t like it. Imagine a hotel which has no change in the cash box.

This is the second time i have stayed here in 3 years and not much has changed since my last stay. Very spacious, very comfortable bed, smart clean pool, good service/cleaning/providing towels etc. and INCREDIBLE VIEW. The hotel staff are wonderful. Super friendly and helpful, they will do anything to help, so they are absolutely 10/10 - perfect. One thing this time, that I didn't realise last time, the snorkelling on the hotel beach is actually very very good. I saw lion fish, crocodile fish, lots of nemos and many many other colourful fish. The beach is a bit rocky, but good for snorkelling. Only downside really is the terrible wifi, which you can only get in reception and even then is very hit and miss. That was the only downside to my wonderful stay!

Everything is very nice but cleaners don't care cleaning. Because when I saw some of personal materials used before like shampoo , body lotions etc. All employees are friendly and helpful. Hotel is very safety. Thank you from all staff.

We really liked this hotel. It was very safe, quiet, rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were also very polite. Special thanks also to the general manager, to Mr. Adel, who allowed us to stay longer in the room until the evening flight home. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends! Ramadan- Kareem! ;)

Superbe Hotel avec vue sur la mer, plage privée et belle piscine. Personnel très accueillant et de bons conseils pour notre voyage. Chambre suite propre et mobilier ressent. Petit bémol pour l'eau de la douche qui varie de très chaude à très froide sans arrêt et le matelas du lit très dur donc inconfortable. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel.
