GGuest UserThe hotel is simple in a good way. The rooms are small but well designed so it is ok. The pool is huge and everybody is around not in which is even better for people who like to swim quietly. The beach is artificial but that is the way it is. The breakfast is outstanding, on of the best ever, and god knows how many breakfasts I have eaten in hotels. The a la carte menu that you can have at the pool bar or at your lounge chair is short but very tasty. Little deception with the buffet that we took at dinner on our arrival, but you have so many options to dine out as the hotel is located 50 meters from the ”center”, an open air food court with very good restaurants if you choose carefully. Last but not least, If you are into kiting and/or wing-foiling the hotel has an agreement with the Duotone Center located in Casa Cook's a sister hotel. It is a 15 minute ride by Tuk Tuk. In a nutshell we recommend.

GGuest UserI recently stayed in the Sunrise Alma Bay for 8 days and the hotel atmosphere was just great. The hotel staff were so helpful. My room cleaner Ibrahim was so accommodating, friendly and efficient...and an expert in towel art! Emad at the pool bar was so welcoming and the service was excellent. Hamdy and Mohammed in the towel station/by the beach were friendly faces every morning and so helpful. Anastasia in Guest Relations came around to our table every breakfast and was able to action any little requests we had. She was very impressive with her notebook and actioning things so quickly. And lastly, when I asked to extend my room for a few hours (and very reasonable additional cost) on my last day, the Hotel Manager arranged for me to be moved to a suite on the seafront and the concierge Mahmoud was so kind in helping with my luggage and room change. I have been visiting Egypt for 10 years now and this stay has been a highlight for me because of the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff, the delicious food, the pool (one of the best I have seen), and the beach front with pier and lagoona just make it the perfect location. The added bonus is that it is only about 20 mins from Hurghada airport. I would recommend this hotel to families, couples, singles and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you. Ciara

The hotel is full of crooked nuts with children, basically no couples, all family, a lot of children, especially interesting, I am the only three Chinese, no discrimination. Health needs to be improved, the bedside tables are all mattresses, the bedding must be wearing pajamas, the ball is too serious, and it is panicking. The staff are very enthusiastic. The restaurant is good. Go to the front desk to make an appointment for Japanese food and other specialty restaurants before 10 o'clock every day. The Japanese food is very formal teppanyaki. The Japanese master does it on the spot. A table is a reception for 10-12 people. There are a lot of meals in the big restaurant, you can find what you like. The hotel has its own beach, not the glass sea from the beach, this one does not enter the water? This one has a water world, many pipes.

GGuest UserThis hotel is beautiful and truly a balm for the soul. The four days I spent here were incredibly relaxing. From the hotel, you get stunning views of the Red Sea in every shade of blue, and it was so peaceful just sitting by the shore, lost in thought. Being an all-inclusive, we ate wonderfully every day. I felt incredibly well looked after during my stay. I'd love to bring my mother back here next time.

TTactoidI stayed at the Bel Air Azur Resort in Hurghada for three nights, and overall, it was worth the 850 RMB per night.
The room interior was comparable to a guesthouse in a third-tier Chinese city, but the room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and bottled cold drinks in the room. The sheets and duvet covers weren't brand new and felt a bit rough, but they were clean. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, but instead of separate shampoo and shower gel, they only had a two-in-one shower gel.
The hotel has a swimming pool, and the water quality was acceptable. Dinner and the after-dinner dance (which featured adult content) were held by the pool. For dinner, you had to ask the waiter for drinks; you couldn't get them from the bar. Brunch was at Diamond Restaurant, near the lobby. The beef stew and fried eggs were okay, but you might want to bring a few bags of pickled mustard greens if you're worried about the food. The cleanliness of the cutlery and dishes was average, so if you're concerned, bring some disposable chopsticks. Bel Air shares a stretch of Red Sea coastline with two other hotels in the same group. The water quality is excellent, with a 1-meter-deep swimming beach and a 10-meter-deep drop-off near the shore. There are many colorful triggerfish, and you can sometimes spot round rays, dolphins, and turtles swimming close to the shore. Each beach is staffed by two lifeguards. The hotel provides free towels for the beach.
Regarding the service, the hotel initially assigned me a room at the end of room 237. The adjacent equipment room was very noisy and far from the restaurant and pool. I was then moved to room 220, near the lobby, which I found to be a decent location. The central air conditioning in the room was noisy, like a tractor, so I recommend bringing noise-canceling earplugs.
A vacation by the Red Sea is quite pleasant.

GGuest UserMy stay was okay, but my experience was ruined by a taxi driver who agreed on 8 euros from the airport to the apartment. He demanded 20 euros after arrival in the apartment. ( My 2 friends paid 5 euros to a hotel few steps away)
It took over 2 hours to negotiate the fee, involving 2 members from the government authority.
I slept late and felt exhausted the next day.
Staff at the apartment were helpful.
Good breakfast on the roof.
Kitchen was useful.
Close walking distance to the high street.
But the tiles in the bathroom were not clean, toilet seat kept dislocating from screws, drainage in shower cubicle was not working properly. My feet were covered with water for about 10 cm high when finishing the shower. I did not like it.

GGuest UserI chose to stay here because of a popular golf course. I found an online coach, and the sand traps were incredibly challenging. Most of the hotel guests were older Caucasians, and it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel itself is quite large, and the snorkeling area is expansive with very clean water. The buffet theme changes daily, so you can always find something you like. There are also different themed shows every night; I watched them both nights I stayed. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the swings. The famous King Tut souvenirs right outside the hotel are really cheap and perfect for gifts.

There's a high turnover of people; to eat, you have to try to find a place inside, and if outside, you have to manage to eat before the crows eat your food. The food selection is average, as is the quality (my tummy was pretty upset after my last dinner).
I stayed in the ”new” building, 6232. It's the very last building on the left side of the sea pool.
As far as I know, compared to the old building, it's Luxury.
I had virtually no complaints about the room. The lights worked, the air conditioning worked, the shower/toilet worked. The linens didn't feel fresh at all, though...
There were ants wandering around the refrigerator, but that must have been something the previous guests left for them to eat.
The room was superficially cleaned; beach sand from previous guests remained during my stay and never disappeared.
The staff were top-notch! On beer since 10:00 and with the vibe of the 2000s))
It's perfectly fine to hang out for three days.

MM440560****The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I waited over ten minutes, only to be given a room completely different from the sea-view room I booked—it faced a wall! I had to get angry before they finally switched me to a room with a sea view. It’s best to double-check everything at the front desk when checking in, especially since the rooms are quite a distance from the front desk, and the restaurant is across from the front desk, requiring a walk from the beach.
This hotel's pool and beach don't prohibit Muslim swimwear, but the cleanliness felt average, and the facilities are a bit old. A particular note for parents: the pool under the children's play area is very deep. Even though there are lifeguards, parents should definitely accompany their children.
The food is typical Egyptian quality, with freshly cut fruit and two dishes prepared live daily. The location is quite good, right in the middle of a lively area and very close to the city pier. However, be cautious of the small Egyptian souvenir shops to the left of the main entrance; I don't recommend them. If you really want to shop there, go with a group.
The hotel also has its own pier for direct sea excursions, but be sure to choose your boat captain carefully. The hotel's landscaping is well-maintained with many cats, and the beach water is crystal clear, perfect for spotting small fish and water birds. There's morning yoga by the sea and evening entertainment. There are many hotels in this area, so you might consider staying at a few to get a different experience.

AAlixosLet’s start with that the team went above and beyond so that we have the best experience. We got a very clean and modern room but was on the ground floor. We asked for a room on a higher floor so they showed us different options but clarified that they weren’t renovated yet. The next day they moved us to a renovated room on a higher floor (the photos attached). The team’s response is quick. We had breadkfast and dinner included. The breakfast is a variety of cheese, turkey and chicked slices, baked goods, pancakes eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits and drinks, etc. The dinner we had was mainly salads, rice, kufta (minced beef with spices, cooked potatoes, duck, baked goods, and deserts.
Finally, the resort has access to the beach/sea, it is across the street though and a 10 min walk away.
Thanks for the team for making our experience and vacation as chill and relaxing as possible.
