The hotel is very beautiful, but there is serious discrimination against Chinese people! There are many European and American people in the hotel who are retiring here. The waiters nodded and bowed to them, but ignored the Chinese people. Especially in the sea view restaurant, there is a chef who makes omelettes and stir-fried shrimps. For Europeans and Americans, they only serve prawns, but for Chinese, they just make scraps! There is only one bartender and the old man in the picture is very nice!

Very beautiful hotel with good service and good food in the buffet restaurant. The hotel is right on the Red Sea. It has its own private beach. The water quality of the swimming pool is also good. The drinks at the bar are delicious.

Very nice hotel with everything you need to have a pleasant time.
The rooms are very spacious and the bedding is excellent.
The staff is lovely although my arrival was very complicated and unpleasant after a long journey: room which did not correspond to my reservation (2 single beds instead of a double bed), I was made to make 3 round trips to the reception (which is far away) before offering me a decent room!

Highly recommended. The Arabian-style white dome house is very beautiful on the beach. The facilities and sanitation are very good. Each room has a small balcony. There is a private beach where you can snorkel. There is a very beautiful coral reef. All meals and drinks are included. The bag is very cost-effective, and the cleopatra bazar is right across the street.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. They treated us absolute contempt and disrespect, making us wait over 2 hours because the booking agent didn’t answer their calls. Despite showing them my confirmation and receipt. One manager went as far as letting me know “ We’re a business and have to make money first” SHOCKING!!! Our room smelled awful and the sheets were dirty. We had to wait another hour for housekeeping to show up and change them. The food was horrendous and the same every single meal. We only stayed another night to recover from the ordeal and search for an alternative arrangement. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! 😷🤮
