__WeChat41094****Very nice hotel, the restaurant changes the cuisine every day for dinner, you can eat different food every week. There are enough beach and pool chairs, and there is always a place. The staff is also very enthusiastic, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing five-day stay at Meraki Resort. As a 4-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly nice, always ready to serve, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and we loved the modern architecture and style of the entire place. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from every day. Special mention to Chef Yosri, who was very helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was really good and high quality. The hospitality and dining experience truly made our vacation special. Highly recommend!

程程The general service ecology is good, but the front desk generally has a poor attitude. I have encountered several things and found different front desks. The attitude is very poor. Only the lobby wifi is free, so the lobby is free to surf the Internet because we bought the data ourselves. It’s okay if there is no wifi in the room, but the signal in the room is very, very poor. I dived out to sea and there was a 4g full grid in the middle of the sea. In the room, a WeChat message was often sent out for two minutes and it was still in circles. If you want to experience a person The quiet world, welcome to live.
Speaking of diving, the dive center in Hilton is a pit. We collected money for 5 dives, but only arranged 4 dives. In the end, the dive found various reasons not to take us, and when we started to pay, we must To double check, we wanted Euros at the time. We wanted to pay in US dollars. The person who collected the money pretended to help us check the exchange rate and over quoted us the price. Fortunately, the locals had been scammed by the locals before. After checking it, he told him that the price was wrong, and he said that he had calculated it wrong. And when diving on the first day of the two dives, there is still 100-120bar before the boat rises, and there is no reason. On the second day, another dive guide kept asking us to buy a photo package instead of throwing the phone on the spot. It was a very poor experience.
The hotel’s private beach is not very good, the water is muddy, there is nothing to see when snorkeling, and there is no living creatures. The water quality is not as good as the hotel’s private beach in the city center.
The only bit of food is okay. But the beer is mixed with water.
Will not book this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone, who is going to be stupid.

Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations.
-Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste.
-Snacks and pizzas are so yummy.
-The hotel is nice and cozy.
-The views are relaxing.
-Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants.
-The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus.
-Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach.
Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋)

AAnonymous UserConclusion first: I don't recommend going to Hurghada to spend money and get humiliated. All the staff discriminate against Chinese people. If you have to go, you can consider this hotel
1. Service: The restaurant staff is OK, but
– The staff on the beach will chat with white people very enthusiastically and ask what they want to drink, but I just skipped it. According to my observation, Chinese people all get their drinks from the bar. Interesting, the main purpose is to secretly disgust you. After complaining to the manager, there was no improvement (the management team apologized sincerely, but Egypt's structural discrimination may be unsolvable)
– I was yelled at by the staff on the beach for moving an unused fence (the white people next to me used two without any problem)
2. Facilities: It is said that there are four restaurants, but it is impossible to make an appointment, which means that there is only one restaurant, and the food is at the level of a cafeteria. Only the barbecue bar is OK. Anyone who has stayed in all-inclusive hotels in other places can't praise it
3. Room: The decoration is very poor, the level of domestic cheap and fast hotels, and the three words ”guesthouse” are the most accurate description
In short, Hurghada is not recommended at all, and this hotel has a relatively good evaluation

I only stayed in Hurghada for two days, and unfortunately my first day didn’t go well because I had booked the wrong hotel. After leaving that place and arriving here, I instantly realized I had finally made the right choice. Even though I spent only two days at this resort, I left wishing I had booked a much longer stay.
All the staff members were genuinely kind and attentive. The food selection was extensive with plenty of delicious options. The beachfront, the swimming pool, and the overall resort atmosphere were wonderful. After my check-out, my flight wasn’t until midnight, yet the hotel kindly allowed me to continue using the resort facilities— and even encouraged me to enjoy the dinner buffet. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference.
During my trip across Egypt, I stayed at 4–5 different hotels, and this one was by far the best. Another big advantage was that the staff could speak both German and English, which made things so much easier. I’d like to give special thanks to receptionist Mina Khalil, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay.
There’s only one thing I believe could be improved: Even though it’s 2025, the in-room internet was available only for an extra fee. At a hotel of this quality, fast and complimentary internet in the rooms should definitely be standard.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserIt was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called ”Ayaa”.
I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of ”Ayaa” boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland.
He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned.
Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy.
Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work ”Ayaa” boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.
