Neverland Resort in Hurghada is truly on another level. It features the biggest and most exciting aqua park in the world, suitable for all ages, with endless slides, pools, and water activities that never get boring—even after many visits.
I have visited Disneyland, Six Flags, and Legoland, but Neverland offers the maximum level of enjoyment I have ever experienced. The variety of entertainment here is unmatched.
Beyond the aqua park, the resort is fully equipped with an incredible range of activities, including skating, billiards, kids’ boats, arcade games, VR games, PlayStation areas, bikes, and many more entertainment options that keep both kids and adults busy all day long. Every time I visit, I discover something new—I’m sure I’m still missing a few activities because there is simply so much to do.
What truly makes Neverland exceptional is the staff. The team is extremely professional, friendly, and always welcoming. After visiting more than 20 times over the past 17 years, I can confidently say the service quality has remained consistently excellent, which is very rare.
The food quality and variety are outstanding. There is something for everyone: fresh, well-prepared meals, multiple international cuisines, and great attention to cleanliness and taste. Each visit feels like a new culinary experience.
Neverland is not just a resort—it is a complete entertainment city full of fun, comfort, and unforgettable memories. Even after all these years, it still feels exciting and special every single time.
Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for the best all-around resort experience in Egypt.

CChristian68Great hotel in Makadi Bay, 2nd row, yet a short way to the beach. Service in the restaurants very prevalent, Ala Carte restaurant can be used 1x per stay, gives some of them.
Eating excellent, there is still a corner with spices. Main pool was heated, animation was okay, there is still air up.
Total very recommended!!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

F&B department service is excellent. Thanks and appreciation to the food and beverage department, all of them. The agriculture department, the greenery is very beautiful. And the cleaning department, thanks and appreciation to everyone. Thanks and appreciation to brother Mohamed Hassan. From the first day I entered the room, it was completely clean until I left the room. I hope that when I come again, we will be in the same room and Mohamed Hassan will be present. Thanks and appreciation to the kitchen men, thanks and appreciation to the animation team, thanks and appreciation to the hotel security men. I hope to come to the hotel soon this year.

GGuest UserWe had a rest in the beginning of March 2025. We liked the concept of the hotel very much, low houses in Moroccan style, very beautiful landscape around (it is obvious that people pay attention to it), the beach is quite large with soft sand and good entry into the water. The staff is very friendly, helpful. The animators are great, they try very hard to entertain the guests. 1 hotel in Egypt that I came across, where there is tomato juice) Relaxing atmosphere, especially in the evening by the pool. The food is good, but we were not in season, I think that when 100% occupancy in the restaurant and bar there will be queues, so they are not very big in size. I would recommend the hotel for visiting by 90% to people who want a quiet, comfortable holiday.

GGuest User泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

GGuest UserGreat location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, the guys try very hard, and not under pressure, but from the heart. The hotel is, of course, to put it mildly, ”tired”, it needs renovation, but the efforts of the staff and the location compensate for this))). I will be happy to come back.

EE0351****The hotel environment is decent, but the bar staff in the lobby were extremely rude. They were very enthusiastic towards Western guests but completely ignored us even after we spoke to them several times. It was also very difficult to get a table at the restaurant. I wouldn't really recommend it.

AAlixosLet’s start with that the team went above and beyond so that we have the best experience. We got a very clean and modern room but was on the ground floor. We asked for a room on a higher floor so they showed us different options but clarified that they weren’t renovated yet. The next day they moved us to a renovated room on a higher floor (the photos attached). The team’s response is quick. We had breadkfast and dinner included. The breakfast is a variety of cheese, turkey and chicked slices, baked goods, pancakes eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits and drinks, etc. The dinner we had was mainly salads, rice, kufta (minced beef with spices, cooked potatoes, duck, baked goods, and deserts.
Finally, the resort has access to the beach/sea, it is across the street though and a 10 min walk away.
Thanks for the team for making our experience and vacation as chill and relaxing as possible.

ЕЕFor the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff.
For 3 *** it’s quite worthy ... and I know what I'm writing about.
