There is no breakfast on the front desk floor. You can order a semi-buffet for 29.9 Canadian dollars. You can squeeze the orange juice yourself (you don’t have to doubt the freshness). It is worth recommending that the front desk is very patient. The room that was arranged at the beginning was very dark. Said that the line of sight is not good and uncomfortable, and then waited for three minutes to change to No. 1608 with a good line of sight, which happened to be able to see the scenic spot No. 67. The room is really big, the toiletries are very good, and there are no slippers in foreign countries. Everyone Prepare yourself in advance, the overall evaluation is really super comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay at the Delta. The location is central and we walked everywhere including to the McGill Convocation. Check in was quick and there are many lounge areas. The rooms, bathroom, bedding and towels were clean and the bed was super comfortable with a selection of pillow types (Typical of the Marriott hotels that I have stayed in). The food in the restaurant is very good. Breakfast is better in the restaurant. I ordered breakfast through room-service for breakfast and did not enjoy the Starbuck selection; and the coffee was cold. I do not know if this is typical or because of Covid, the level of services was limited. The view depends on which room you are in. Loved the view of Mount Royal from the room my siste and husband were in. My view was of Rue Presiden Kennedy. Overall a great stay.

Hotel is right in the Chinatown district of Montreal. Parking is below, while small and tight, there is room. There is a small daily fee to park, typical of large cities. I went to the second floor to check in and was given my room on the higher floor. It’s typical for a downtown Holiday Inn. Room clean, nice view of the city, furnace worked well, sadly weak shower pressure found so often. Because I am a Platinum IHG member, breakfast was included both days I stayed. It was typical American despite being in a Chinese themed hotel due to location. Buffet style and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a large amount of Canadian coins I had collected over the years in the States, and they were happy to convert to bills and loonies/toonies. That helped with small purchases in the city. Checkout went well. I had no issues with safety despite coming back late at night.

Wow! I think the Montreal Chateau Champlain might be my new favorite hotel in the world! Okay, it might have to stay in second place because the Westin in Shanghai, China is pretty epic as well-- but it is definitely my new favorite hotel in North America! And I travel a lot! This was my fourth time coming to Montreal for the Marathon, and we picked the Marriott because I could use points. I had no idea I was going to be so delighted! From the check-in with a charming young man who made an effort to put our rooms near each other and gave us late check-out so we could shower after the race and even upgraded me as a loyal Marriott member to the wonderful breakfast to the work-out room... everything was terrific! The blackout shades were amazing, and I was in awe of the toilet that sensed my arrival and lit up and heated itself to body temperature... High tech! The bed was huge and so comfortable that I actually just lay there for hours on Saturday morning, blissing out on pure rest for the first time in far too long! We were having such a great time that we debated staying another night after the race, but alas, duty called. Instead, we decided we would need to return again soon. I will never stay anywhere else in Montreal! Oh, and did I mention that there's a metro stop literally under the hotel? The parking (owned by a different company) was my only complaint; but now that I know I can metro everywhere, even that is solved!

First, Hilton-branded hotels are my chain of choice and I am also a Diamond Member and have been for years. We chose the Hampton Inn Downtown Montreal due to its location; close to Old Montreal, Chinatown, the shopping district, and restaurants. At check-in the customary ”thank you for being an Honors Member” was not mentioned though not a big deal! As a Diamond Member I asked about the comp upgrade if available. I was told by the agent at the front desk that there were no upgrades available and that I was in a room with a ”couch”! Not sure what the 1 ½ person couch would do but whatever. We arrived at our room, our small room. We were on a 7-day trip to cold climates with outdoor events therefore we had a lot of baggage - nowhere to put it all in the room. From the room, I dialed ”0” and asked if we could please be assigned another room. The person on the phone said ”yes, of course, we will put you in a suite!”. (See above, front desk agent, no suites available.) We arrived to a large suite with great amenities - full kitchen and appliances, corner room, lots of room, etc. The downside, the floors were a mess - I mentioned it but never heard back. We used a damp towel and cleaned the entire room ourselves. Oh, the towel, it wasn't healthy looking after that. The runner carpets at the bed were no better. I door parking was great BUT it's where all the ********* smokers gather though there's no indoor smoking in any of the building. BTW - note that ********* is TOTALLY legal in Canada so that was not the issue - smoking inside was the issue. So, great location, nice property, attention to detail and Hilton Honors members is very lacking and a front desk agent who got caught in a little lie!

Don't recommend this hotel. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star, should be -5 (negative 5) out of +5 (positive 5). Unless you plan to pay a high price for a ”slump” experience, look no further, this is it. My first time to Montreal and will not visit again because of terrible experiences in this hotel. Reasons: 1) Did not honor what's advertised. Expedia stated that it offers valet parking, but it's not. It's self-park. I would not have stayed in this hotel had it not listed ”valet parking” as part of package price. 2) Concierge staff, Mikal, provided unclear and vague information on garage entrance location. Had to ask three times before Mikal walked a bit further to point the side entrance. It's off the street, had he not pointed it out, I would have missed it. I did not see it when I drove by when arriving at the hotel. 3) Made no efforts in guarding customer confidentiality and data: Lack of clear boundary on who can and can't stand behind the front desk counter: This made me feel uncomfortable seeing how any staff, housekeeping, security, front desk, guest services, even manager, Tamara's friend could stand behind the front desk counter to look at any computers and customers' information and data. This could come across as careless handling of customer confidentiality and data. There were two boxes with customer room assignment and data at the counter, even guests in line would easily access if they want to. At one point, there wasn't any staff at the front desk or in the lobby, all gone, with guests waiting, which if they want, they could easily access customer info. The hotel staff don't seem to care. For example, when Tamara checking me, Carl, Jason, Axel, Mikal and Tarama's friend all came over to peek over Tamara's computer with my profile and data on the screen. 4) Lack of sensitivity and priority: Housekeeping Carl, Front Desk Staff: Axel, and Jason, Concierge: Mikal, Manager, Tamara, were all busy doing their own things. At one point, there were 12-15 guests in line with Jason working alone while other staff focusing on other tasks rather than checking in guests to clear the waiting line. 5) Tamara offered me an upgrade, which was a terrible upgrade. Gave me things I did not need and a run-down and dirty room full of issues: hairs all over, dented walls, dented refrigerator, dark room, dirty sinks, food residuals on the chair, dirty carpet, warm (not hot) shower temperature, dusty surface, dirty walls., lack of enough electrical outlet, and many more (recorded with videos). 6) Negative attitude by some staff such as Axel, accusing me being disrespectful and screaming at him when I was not. He hung up my phone call abruptly three times when I called from the landline to raise cleanliness issues after arriving the assigned room. Axel also did not practice active listening. When I called I was hoping they could help locate a clean chair. Axel did not wait until I was done talking by cutting me off saying, ”Jason, seems t

Area: heart of downtown - shopping and commercial district. You can’t go wrong with the location. Check-in: arrived late at night so check-in was sort of smooth. However, I thought the parking arrangement need more attention esp the cost. Room: we stayed in studio suite with two double beds. It’s a good size room for small family. Had small kitchenette with all the necessary utensils. Also a small dining table for two. I thought the bad room was tad too small. Breakfast: it was included and was sort of basic with all regular items - eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, waffle, etc. good enough to get all fueled up for the day. Cost: I think hotels in Montreal drastically increases in price. For hotel like this, paying over $300+ is something I will be careful next time I come to visit Montreal. Maybe look for AirB&B options.

Where to begin? This hotel is pure luxury and class all the way! The hotel itself is beautiful! The rooms, furnishings, linens, everything is amazing and top of the line. My wife and I visited for a few days and the staff took AMAZING care of us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Room service dining is delicious! The standout employee was Anissa at the Concierge desk! She went out of her way to add touches to our stay to make it a memorable one. She is a true asset to the Four Seasons Montreal. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel, very big rooms with comfortable bed and clean. The rooms were equipped with a refrigerator and kitchen and we had a nice stay. The downside was the breakfast which was poor in my opinion. Also coffee in the room from the coffee machine tasted bad.

GGuest UserThis hotel was advertised as a fine and luxurious resort by American Express. It came with $100 hôtel credit and free breakfast. I have to say the the people working at the hotel were great and very kind. The room was very nice as well. When I checked in , I was told that I could only use the credit toward the parking and the room mini bar because everything in the hotel was closed . This was a family trip , there isn’t much I can use in the mini bar. The restaurant was closed The bar was closed The gym was closed The boutique was closed Also, since the restaurant was closed, the free inclusive breakfast consisted of a boxed continental breakfast where you could not select anything . This was not very popular with my kids. We came back to our room after the fireworks and noticed the room hadn’t cooled . I called the front desk and they told me that the AC hadn’t been working properly in a few days . They kindly offered a fan which I accepted considering it was 75 in the room. They returned 15 minutes later with no fan because there were none available . We barely slept that night. All of these items should have been disclosed of before booking or before arrival. I would have booked another hotel had I known. The AC situation should have been disclosed of upon check in considering it had been going on for a few days. For us, this experience was very disappointing.

XXIAORUIAirport hotel, room quality is guaranteed. The key is to walk to the departure terminal, suitable for early flights or one-day transfers, and the business center is very convenient for printing.
GGuest UserOverall a pretty disappointing stay. The rooms are small. They have an odd set up with blinds that open up to the bathroom but are controlled by the person in the bedroom. There is no view to look at and they do not act as ventilation so I can think of no reason for them. The pool is very small and was not heated to a point where we were comfortable using it. We tried to order room service for breakfast and were told they didn't do room service. Front desk people were friendly but a little slow. Considering what I paid for the room and what I got in exchange it was poor value. Many other hotels that would have suited my needs better. One saving grace is it's location which is close to the Metro and many attractions.

TThiago FernandezThis hostel is one of the best I've ever stayed. Great location with metro /bus station nearby, modern bedrooms, very clean, 24h reception, free coffee/tea, huge and clean kitchen, plenty of common spaces, a terrace with 2 jacuzzis that stay opened until 22pm! The hostel also has an underground bar and proposes several activities on each day of the week, i.e. park walking, dancing night, beer pong tournament. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Very Good
EEndeavoringTravelorPlenty of parking. I was not sure if it was all theirs, but no one said anything. I checked in through the app and stopped by the front desk to verify if I needed anything and all I received was a curt ”no”. There was only one working elevator which made for long waits to go up or down. The room was well done and very nice in the latest modern grey style. Very Grey. Nice and comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom with a good shower. Good place to stay, a bit expensive.
What a perfect place to stay! Came up from the States for a weekend visit with friends without any expectations since we just found this place from a Google search, but it was an absolutely perfect fit for us. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything clearly, as well as giving us directions to cheap parking. The dorm room was neat and the decor everywhere was charming. The rooftop terrace especially was a lovely place to sit out in the evening. In the morning the communal breakfast felt lively but not too loud and the coffee was delicious. For the location and the price, all of us would absolutely return.
GGuest UserStay away from This hotel!!! I booked this hotel because it was close to bio dome and the botanical garden near the Olympic stadium . This is not your average hotel and very sketchy People were smoking up at the entrance doors Checked into a smoke filled room Asked to be switched and offered a unsafe basement room With no windows and stretchy entrance leading to a unsecured door. What a fire hazard and cannot believe it’s legal for them to rent out. Refused to offer another safe and secure room. Refused to refund They provided a can to deordize the room I opened the window and it was not secured and handle was loose Turned in the air conditioner under a table Helped with the air quality a bit. The showe is an open shower in the middle of the room. Room was also dirty As we found a empty cup under the bed. Totally disgusting and worst hotel I have stayed at in montreal .

GGuest UserCheck-in is very fast, there is a deposit, breakfast is OK, free for children under 12, but not the same as adults, can not help themselves, can only choose one of the free breakfast menu, swimming pool, table tennis facilities are OK, children like, It’s a little bit strange about children’s breakfast. I don’t know how the hotel is arranged.
ZZhangThis is my second time staying at this hotel. My first-time experience was fantastic, great location and very convenient, surrounded by restaurants and stores, nearby metro station, walking distance to hospital. The room ”looks” clean and tidy on the first sight.
All the great things aside, the second stay was the most horrifying night I have ever stayed in a hotel.
BED BUGS!!!!
Unbelievable bed bugs were literally crawling on my bed. In the middle of the night, we had to change our rooms and couldn't sleep with the fear of getting bitten.
Highly recommended if not the bed bugs.
GGuest UserThe location of this establishment was great, you were within a very short drive/walk to the old downtown of Montreal. The place itself I would classify it as a high class motel rather than an hotel in my opinion. The two queen beds we had were great and clean and so was the washroom. The room could have been tidied up a bit more but overall was okay. The hotel does not have room service. Breakfast was included for our stay and it was your standard breakfast, but it was good and you could not go wrong with it. The parking lot unfortunately was very costly, $46 per night and the space was super tight, if you are driving a minivan or a truck, you will definitely have a harder time parking. Overall it's a decent place, if location is all that matters and you are willing to sacrifice a little bit on the service then this place is good for you.
