Amazing
JJiongxierThe hotel is an old 19th century house that is very well maintained. After booking, you can add them on WhatsApp to contact the front desk. We arrived at around 10pm, and there was no one on duty at the front desk. We had to scan the code to get the password and get the room card. Because it is an old house, there is no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. But there will be a concierge to help during the day, and the service is actually quite good. There are many coffee bars, pubs, and restaurants downstairs in the hotel, and the atmosphere is very good. 200 meters next to it is the Line 6 subway station. It is very convenient to prepare change with Yanex Go when you go to take a taxi. Muscovites are also very welcoming and the experience is great. The hotel's hygiene is also very good. We will make an appointment one day in advance for the room to be cleaned the next day.
QQuandichenghouThe efficiency was really low, and communication was difficult.
We were three people staying. The description said there was a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed, but there wasn't one. I went to the front desk at 5:00 AM to explain the situation and they asked for one, but it still hadn't been added by 9:00 AM. I called guest services and they gave me a quilt and pillow to sleep on the floor.
The second floor we were assigned had no privacy, and the street noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep.
MM44354****This stay completely exceeded my expectations; the entire experience from arrival to departure was pleasant. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, proactively introducing nearby restaurants and transportation options during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view of the city skyline – the view was superb!
The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night without any noise disturbance. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were complete. Even the hairdryer was high-powered, making it very convenient to dry my hair. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with fresh hot dishes, pastries, and fruit. The staff promptly replenished the food, which was very considerate.
I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I've already recommended it to my friends!
2206293****The location is quite good, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is decent. There's a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserTypical Ibis: standardized room types, sizes, and small beds. However, the cleanliness here is notably better than at Ibis hotels in other countries. On check-in day, the male front desk attendant's attitude wasn't great. He asked if we preferred a high or low floor; we requested a higher one, but he assigned us a room on the third floor (which felt quite low). He also asked if we preferred a quiet side, which we did. However, upon opening the curtains, we found ourselves facing a very close wall and other windows. We stayed for three days and didn't open the curtains once, as it felt quite claustrophobic. The female front desk staff on subsequent days were much better. Breakfast was very good, with fresh ingredients, a generous selection, and delicious food.
AAlbertKhI stayed at this hotel for a colleague from China. It's clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, two minutes from the metro. There's private parking with a barrier. Across the street is a shopping center with a food court on the third floor. The hotel also has a cafe. The breakfasts seemed a bit pricey.
GGuest UserI really enjoyed the hotel, the delicious breakfast, and the luxurious spa. The room was super clean, cleaned daily. The towels and linens were snow-white. The bed was comfortable. I haven't seen such a high standard of service in a 4- or 5-star hotel in a long time. Thank you to the staff for their professionalism.
GGuest UserIt's nice. Having a shopping mall nearby is a huge plus. There are nice dining options on the upper floors of both the large and small malls. Next to the metro. Bathroom cleanliness was good. It would be better if the curtains were washed. There were no stains or hairs on the bed sheet. There is a minibar. Beautiful view. The price is reasonable. There is also a water purifier in the corridor that provides hot and cold water. The room is cleaned every day. They renew the water in the room every day
XXingzoushijiedexiaoguodouThe hotel is a bit old, but its location is great; you can see the ice cream cone right outside.
However, for a high-star hotel, it's surprisingly rip-off.
I broke a panel and asked for 15,000 rubles (1,500 RMB) in compensation. The front desk clerk bluntly said that was just my deposit, implying they'd deduct as much as I had in my deposit. The bedside table, with its flimsy bottom panel right next to the floor, couldn't be more fragile. I can only say that if they're trying to scam me, they should have some morals.
