MMaksim_AntonovExcellent hotel in the very center of Moscow — everything is nearby: cafes, restaurants, pedestrian streets. Very stylish loft design, modern interior, everything is fresh and clean. Despite the location, the room is quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Ideal for those who value comfort and aesthetics.

QQuandichenghouThe efficiency was really low, and communication was difficult.
We were three people staying. The description said there was a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed, but there wasn't one. I went to the front desk at 5:00 AM to explain the situation and they asked for one, but it still hadn't been added by 9:00 AM. I called guest services and they gave me a quilt and pillow to sleep on the floor.
The second floor we were assigned had no privacy, and the street noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep.

MM44354****This stay completely exceeded my expectations; the entire experience from arrival to departure was pleasant. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, proactively introducing nearby restaurants and transportation options during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view of the city skyline – the view was superb!
The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night without any noise disturbance. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were complete. Even the hairdryer was high-powered, making it very convenient to dry my hair. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with fresh hot dishes, pastries, and fruit. The staff promptly replenished the food, which was very considerate.
I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

2206293****The location is quite good, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is decent. There's a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.

Hygiene: At this price, it's OK;
Environment: The environment is OK. I went there on a business trip. It is close to the office and the subway station.
Service: Average, only one person at the front desk speaks English, and you have to rely on luck to communicate with the front desk

GGuest UserMy stay at Art Hotel in Moscow was excellent in every aspect. The hotel is clean and modern, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The service is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The location is slightly far from the city center, but it’s ideal if you have a car or enjoy using public transportation, as there’s a nearby metro station that makes getting around easy. Highly recommended for a comfortable and quiet stay in Moscow.

Уютный номер со всеми необходимыми моментами для проживания, ресторанчик с разными зонами для отдыха, камин с горящими заранее заготовленными поленьями…

GGuest UserIt's nice. Having a shopping mall nearby is a huge plus. There are nice dining options on the upper floors of both the large and small malls. Next to the metro. Bathroom cleanliness was good. It would be better if the curtains were washed. There were no stains or hairs on the bed sheet. There is a minibar. Beautiful view. The price is reasonable. There is also a water purifier in the corridor that provides hot and cold water. The room is cleaned every day. They renew the water in the room every day

However, for a high-star hotel, it's surprisingly rip-off.
I broke a panel and asked for 15,000 rubles (1,500 RMB) in compensation. The front desk clerk bluntly said that was just my deposit, implying they'd deduct as much as I had in my deposit. The bedside table, with its flimsy bottom panel right next to the floor, couldn't be more fragile. I can only say that if they're trying to scam me, they should have some morals.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location and visuals. It's less than 10 minutes from the metro, and there are shops and cafes nearby. The staff is excellent.
The room is nice and clean, but the lighting is poor – it's extremely difficult to do anything with your face (shaving, etc.) near the mirror next to the sink because the light falls from above and doesn't illuminate anything below – the mirror's backlight doesn't help.
The stairs to the second floor (in the room) are inconvenient; you have to be extremely careful when going up and down.
You should communicate with reception through the hotel app, but it's quicker to go there yourself.
The bathroom has an unpleasant odor, but it's clean.
The breakfasts aren't particularly varied, but they were perfectly adequate for me (maybe this will be important for others).
Despite a few ”buts,” I would stay here for 1-2 days again.
