The quality of breakfast is up to standard. When I first checked in, there was a long queue at 14:00 for security check. The front desk said that the visa would be issued to Kai only when I left the hotel, so it was easy to miss it when I left the hotel. The location is very comfortable. It's a nice place to take a walk along the river in the garden behind.

The hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.

We stayed at Radisson Blu from September 20-21, and our experience was nothing short of positive. We were especially touched that on my birthday, the staff not only congratulated me but also treated me to a cake—such a personalized touch immediately set a festive mood. I'd also like to specifically mention the hotel's generosity: our standard room was upgraded to a premium class without any additional charge. The room turned out to be spacious and very stylish—it was a pleasure to return to after exploring the city. The hotel's hammam is simply a gem: it's the perfect place to relax after a busy day. And thanks to a 10% discount at the Fire Lake restaurant, dinner was not only delicious but also a great value. The service was excellent: the staff were attentive, friendly, and responded to requests promptly. Overall, our stay left us with the warmest memories—we will definitely be back.

This veteran five-star hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast spread is generous, and they even added an extra bed for our party of three. The location is excellent, very close to Arbat Street, and not far from Metro Lines 3 and 4, making getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the front desk speaks fluent English. If you're looking for a hotel not far from Red Square, I highly recommend this one; it offers great value for money. During our stay, it happened to be my son's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a cake, which was both delightful and touching!

The hotel is very close to Leningradsky Railway Station by metro. If you take exit 3 and look right, you'll see the hotel. You'll pass a shopping mall, which has a good-sized 24-hour supermarket on the first floor. If you take exit 4, look right and you'll first see the yellow tower, and the hotel is right next to it. (If you have a lot of luggage, use exit 4 because it has an escalator; exit 3 does not). I was given a king-size bed, which felt at least 2 meters wide – plenty of space for two people without touching each other. The room was large and spacious. I was on the 20th floor with a view of the yellow tower, which was nice. The shower water and toiletries were just okay, but otherwise, there were no downsides, and the value for money exceeded expectations. At the 24-hour supermarket across the street, near the fruit and herbal tea aisle, I met an older, short-haired, plump woman. I'm not sure if she's always assigned to that section. This lady spoke excellent English and was very enthusiastic. I asked her to recommend some herbal teas, and she was very thorough, even telling me which ones she personally enjoyed. The teas I bought based on her recommendations were a hit with everyone.

The hotel's location is a bit hard to find. However, the duplex room design is quite innovative. To be honest, getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom is a bit inconvenient, but it's very quiet for sleeping. The proof of stay was provided a bit slowly, but thankfully, after repeated urging, they did send it to me. The tableware provided was Western-style with a couple of plates and forks, which isn't suitable for instant noodles. There's a large supermarket nearby, but it's about a 15-minute walk. All in all, it offers good value for money.

The location is quite good, right near the subway entrance, easy to find, and close to attractions like Red Square. I stayed for two nights. On the first night, the Caucasian lady at the front desk was quite nice. Even though I don't speak Russian and my English is very poor, she used her phone to translate into Chinese for me. However, on checkout day, the local girl with super exaggerated eyelashes who helped me retrieve my luggage was very mean. I told her in English that I was there to pick up my luggage, but she kept speaking Russian to me. I was about to pull out my translator when she typed something in Russian on her phone to show me. Seeing that I still didn't understand, she then translated it into English, telling me: 'She doesn't understand English.' I felt like her eyes were rolling so hard they were about to pop out. It must have been during a shift change, as there was an Asian guy sitting at the desk, likely taking over from her, who didn't say a word during our communication struggle. Later, when I returned the key after getting my luggage, his pronunciation sounded very much like he was a compatriot. The common areas have a great vibe, with many people freely moving about. There's hot and cold water and a microwave, so overall it's quite convenient. The room and bedding generally looked tidy. However, under the bed and in some less-noticed areas, it was a bit messy – for example, there was a lot of dust and a sock under my bed. The bed setup in the room is a bit like a university dorm. During my two-night stay, the people on my left and right woke up at 5 or 6 AM on both mornings and started packing. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend it. Some of the shower faucets are different from those in China. I eventually found a familiar shower switch on the second floor and was able to shower successfully. You can get a proof of stay and also store your luggage.

Facilities: This is a well-established hotel. While it offers all the essential amenities, its style and decor definitely show their age. Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were excellent, and daily housekeeping was very thorough. Location: Situated very centrally in Moscow, it boasts convenient transportation and lovely views. The only slight drawback is the occasional noise from motorcycles roaring past outside the window, but I understand this is often unavoidable in such a prime location. Service: My interaction with the service staff was limited due to a language barrier and not having opted for breakfast, so I can't comment extensively on their service quality.

This hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers. It's conveniently located near the subway, making commuting into the city easy and saving time when heading to Sheremetyevo Airport. The rooms are clean, the internet is stable, and the upper floors offer nice views. The breakfast spread is varied, the front desk is staffed 24/7, and they offer luggage storage. There are also meeting rooms and parking available. While the facilities are a bit dated, the hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone doing business in northern Moscow.

Our room was on the 27th floor, facing the city, with a distant view of Moscow's city center. My partner absolutely loved it! The hotel was much better than we expected, and the price was excellent – really good value for money. I was a bit worried about outdated facilities after reading some reviews, but everything was actually fine. It's clean, and for just over 300 rubles a night in Moscow, what more could you ask for? This is a 4-star hotel, and the room was well-equipped. The only minor issues were a slight smell from the drain and noisy neighbors who started making a racket around 5 or 6 in the morning. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. We stayed for five nights. There's a 'Green Supermarket' nearby, which was convenient for daily shopping and our favorite grocery store. Izmaylovsky Market (Antiques Market) is right next door, so we could pop back to the hotel to rest when we got tired of browsing. Getting to Red Square is super easy – just take Metro Line 3 directly, no transfers needed. The metro station is about a five or six-minute walk away. If I ever come back to Moscow, I'd definitely stay here again.
