Он новый , везде пахнет чистотой , в номере новая мебель и постельное , что очень радует, в качестве комплимента нам повысили уровень номера , в котором нас ждал презент в виде фруктов и снеков, мелочь, а очень приятно. Завтрак выше всех похвал , очень вкусно и сытно. Уровень 5*. Я желаю этому отелю процветания и лучших клиентов 🌸. В Москве будем останавливаться только у вас."

GGuest UserSuper convenient for getting around. The subway station is right outside. There's a shopping mall nearby. The hotel is clean, and has a kitchen suitable for Chinese people who can't eat Western food. You can buy ingredients at the supermarket and cook your own meals.

YYi1111yiThe previous Ukraine Hotel has a very distinctive architecture and many people come here to check in. The facilities and hygiene in the room are very good. The hotel is right next to Moscow and there is a very good Chinese restaurant downstairs, as well as many different restaurants. Anyway, it is very convenient to eat!

MM44354****This stay completely exceeded my expectations; the entire experience from arrival to departure was pleasant. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, proactively introducing nearby restaurants and transportation options during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view of the city skyline – the view was superb!
The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night without any noise disturbance. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were complete. Even the hairdryer was high-powered, making it very convenient to dry my hair. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with fresh hot dishes, pastries, and fruit. The staff promptly replenished the food, which was very considerate.
I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Hygiene: Average, nothing to say
Environment: Very good, Red Square is downstairs, but there is too much snow in winter, the snow at the door cannot be cleaned, and it is all black mud after the car runs over. There are no other shortcomings. Even because the location of the Four Seasons Hotel is very good, you will not encounter the problem of positioning errors in the Red Square when taking a taxi on Yandex Go.

OOiiiircaiiioThis is definitely not a 5-star hotel.
The room is generally clean, but the stains on the furniture ruin everything. You can hear the subway very clearly. There are no glasses in the room.
Breakfast is a 2-star. The selection is very limited. It's also a 2-star restaurant. It's edible, but the food is frankly disgusting.
I'm only giving it a plus for the spa and the wonderful Thai girls who really help your back, and the location. It's a historic place, after all.
Everything else is really bad. I have something to compare it to. If we're aiming for European prices, then we should match the quality. For example, in Vietnam, for that price, you'd get a wonderful room at the Marriott, where the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and it's spotlessly clean.

GGuest UserThe Hotel Salu in Moscow is truly fantastic! The location is excellent, close to the airport and with convenient transportation, including a free shuttle bus to the metro station. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety to satisfy different tastes. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Whether for business or leisure travel, it's a great choice and highly recommended!
