Он новый , везде пахнет чистотой , в номере новая мебель и постельное , что очень радует, в качестве комплимента нам повысили уровень номера , в котором нас ждал презент в виде фруктов и снеков, мелочь, а очень приятно. Завтрак выше всех похвал , очень вкусно и сытно. Уровень 5*. Я желаю этому отелю процветания и лучших клиентов 🌸. В Москве будем останавливаться только у вас."

GGuest UserFacilities: In addition to basic hotel amenities, there's a kitchenette with pots, pans, and utensils; the space is adequate, making it more cost-effective than the nearby Ibis hotel at the same price point.
Environment: Okay, quiet enough, but there's absolutely no view.
Cleanliness: Okay; however, they only provide two bottles of water the first night, regardless of how many nights you stay.
Service: They share a night reception with Ibis. Novotel, and I even had a situation where I couldn't find anyone late at night.

YYi1111yiThe previous Ukraine Hotel has a very distinctive architecture and many people come here to check in. The facilities and hygiene in the room are very good. The hotel is right next to Moscow and there is a very good Chinese restaurant downstairs, as well as many different restaurants. Anyway, it is very convenient to eat!

YYueliangge00The overall environment of the public area is fine, and the location is great. It's across from the subway station, train station, and shopping mall, making it very convenient for getting around. There's a supermarket, and the Russian version of KFC and McDonald's is right downstairs. I stayed there for six days on business, and shopping was very convenient. The Moscow River is a 5-minute walk away, which was super comfortable for a morning run. Another 10-minute walk across the bridge brings you to Baltsky Street, and beyond that, Red Square. The only downsides are...
1. The bedding was very uncomfortable. I personally felt it wasn't very clean. It wasn't the firm, firm sheets, and the quilt was very thin (which didn't keep me warm). The sheets felt like they'd been slept on for a long time; they were soft and very thin.
2. The room was quite small.
3. The shower was a kind of movable glass box, not a built-in box in the same area as the room, which was a bit uncomfortable, and the water drained very slowly. Overall, the service in Russia is very slow, unlike in China.

Hygiene: Average, nothing to say
Environment: Very good, Red Square is downstairs, but there is too much snow in winter, the snow at the door cannot be cleaned, and it is all black mud after the car runs over. There are no other shortcomings. Even because the location of the Four Seasons Hotel is very good, you will not encounter the problem of positioning errors in the Red Square when taking a taxi on Yandex Go.

OOiiiircaiiioThis is definitely not a 5-star hotel.
The room is generally clean, but the stains on the furniture ruin everything. You can hear the subway very clearly. There are no glasses in the room.
Breakfast is a 2-star. The selection is very limited. It's also a 2-star restaurant. It's edible, but the food is frankly disgusting.
I'm only giving it a plus for the spa and the wonderful Thai girls who really help your back, and the location. It's a historic place, after all.
Everything else is really bad. I have something to compare it to. If we're aiming for European prices, then we should match the quality. For example, in Vietnam, for that price, you'd get a wonderful room at the Marriott, where the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and it's spotlessly clean.

The bathroom has a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply is consistent. The front desk handled check-in and other services quickly, and they even offer business services like printing and express delivery, which is both professional and hassle-free. The overall environment is quiet and clean, making it my top choice for business trips. It's definitely on my list of regular stays!
