Amazing
WwindnedvedThe quality of breakfast is up to standard. When I first checked in, there was a long queue at 14:00 for security check. The front desk said that the visa would be issued to Kai only when I left the hotel, so it was easy to miss it when I left the hotel. The location is very comfortable. It's a nice place to take a walk along the river in the garden behind.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.
GGuest UserHuge thanks to everyone involved in running the hotel! Everything was wonderful and delightful! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay, and thank you so much for the lovely gift of Italian champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. We were so touched and impressed by your thoughtfulness and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
2206293****The location is quite good, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is decent. There's a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserAlthough it felt a bit old, it was very comfortable to stay in. Our room was on the main street with a large window. A handsome young man provided excellent service; when we asked where the ”dinosaur walking pig” location was, he immediately printed out a map from his computer. It's very close to Red Square, about 800 meters to the left. Across the street to the right is Eurospar, which is very convenient for shopping and you can even eat there. Coffee is only 69.9 rubles in the morning, and the cherries are in season—big, sweet, and delicious. I think it's great value for money.
MMarufjon23I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Moscow City. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Moscow City business district, with easy access to the metro, shopping mall, and many restaurants nearby.
The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very quiet, which makes it perfect for both business and leisure trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
I also enjoyed the breakfast – there was a good variety of food and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow. I will be happy to stay here again on my next trip.
GGuest UserFacilities: This is a well-established hotel. While it offers all the essential amenities, its style and decor definitely show their age.
Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were excellent, and daily housekeeping was very thorough.
Location: Situated very centrally in Moscow, it boasts convenient transportation and lovely views. The only slight drawback is the occasional noise from motorcycles roaring past outside the window, but I understand this is often unavoidable in such a prime location.
Service: My interaction with the service staff was limited due to a language barrier and not having opted for breakfast, so I can't comment extensively on their service quality.
GGuest UserOur room was on the 27th floor, facing the city, with a distant view of Moscow's city center. My partner absolutely loved it! The hotel was much better than we expected, and the price was excellent – really good value for money. I was a bit worried about outdated facilities after reading some reviews, but everything was actually fine. It's clean, and for just over 300 rubles a night in Moscow, what more could you ask for? This is a 4-star hotel, and the room was well-equipped. The only minor issues were a slight smell from the drain and noisy neighbors who started making a racket around 5 or 6 in the morning. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. We stayed for five nights. There's a 'Green Supermarket' nearby, which was convenient for daily shopping and our favorite grocery store. Izmaylovsky Market (Antiques Market) is right next door, so we could pop back to the hotel to rest when we got tired of browsing. Getting to Red Square is super easy – just take Metro Line 3 directly, no transfers needed. The metro station is about a five or six-minute walk away. If I ever come back to Moscow, I'd definitely stay here again.
LLuotuoСашаAt the current price, this hotel is definitely very cost-effective. The hotel is located in the north of Moscow city center, which is very friendly to friends who are getting off the plane at Sheremetyevo Airport. There are subway stations on both the north and south sides of the hotel, about a ten-minute walk away. There are supermarkets and currency exchange points just outside the door. The hotel also provides Chinese instructions, which is very considerate. The only drawback is that there are fewer restaurants nearby, but the Turkish meat rolls, chocolate factory, etc. are also quite good.
GGuest UserThe layout of the small loft is perfect for one person. The heating in the room is great. There are snowflakes outside the window, and it is so hot in the room that you need to open the window. The location of the hotel is great. Go downstairs and turn left to reach Arbat Street. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, and you need to carry your luggage up one floor. There is also a handsome guy at the front desk!
