Everything would be fine! The audibility is very annoying. Not even the audibility, but the people who think that the world revolves only around them and their children. When someone knocks on your door because you laugh, it's at least strange. Overall, the hotel is great for the money.

Overall, it was good. We chose this hotel because of flight delays, mainly because of its high ratings, and it was the only one in the suburbs with rooms available. If you're not driving, the location is a bit out of the way, but it's a 10-minute walk to the terminus of Metro Line 2. The surrounding area is residential with plenty of fast food options, making transportation relatively convenient. We mostly took taxis. The hotel reception, rooms, and breakfast service were all good. The public areas are quite large, but the rooms are relatively small. The small garden outside is lovely, and there's also a huge parking lot. Our family of three booked two rooms, which were just about enough, and we were quite satisfied since it was just a short stopover.

I was left with a very unpleasant impression from the service. Before booking, I consulted with the hotel in advance about the possibility of early check-in and check-out on the same day (10 hours of stay), taking into account that the price per room would be 5600 per day through trip. To which they told me that yes, it is possible, write an email with comments about your check-in time. The letter was written, and this information was also duplicated in the special wishes appendix. As a result, upon arrival I was told that I had to check out before 12 noon, since the reservation was from May 5th to 6th (as the hotel employee advised), and check-in was actually on May 6th in the morning. For the service of staying until 16:00, I was charged an additional 3,200. Total: 5600+3200=8800 for 10 hours of stay at the hotel. This is the hidden math that no one voiced in advance, either over the phone or in an email. It was not possible to cancel our planned stay at this hotel, since we had to work remotely. There was no time to look for other places. The result: spoiled mood, lost money and time.

Facilities: Not bad. After leaving the Four Seasons Group, it can still maintain a relatively high quality, but the house is a little old. Hygiene: Average, nothing to say Environment: Very good, Red Square is downstairs, but there is too much snow in winter, the snow at the door cannot be cleaned, and it is all black mud after the car runs over. There are no other shortcomings. Even because the location of the Four Seasons Hotel is very good, you will not encounter the problem of positioning errors in the Red Square when taking a taxi on Yandex Go. Service: Average

Everything's fine, even beautiful. A bit cramped, but the mattress and shower are comfortable. There's a microwave and one water dispenser for all five floors. Accordingly, there's dirt and a puddle near this water dispenser. How can they not repair one of the two elevators when five floors are fully occupied? There's a problem with the reception: you have to call 3099. It's written in Russian and English: the Chinese are just waiting. The mattress kept sliding off the twin bed; there are no supports, but the bed itself is perfect. I asked for a spoon for tea or soup over the phone; they answered at the ATM... In reality, there are only forks.

Our room was on the 27th floor, facing the city, with a distant view of Moscow's city center. My partner absolutely loved it! The hotel was much better than we expected, and the price was excellent – really good value for money. I was a bit worried about outdated facilities after reading some reviews, but everything was actually fine. It's clean, and for just over 300 rubles a night in Moscow, what more could you ask for? This is a 4-star hotel, and the room was well-equipped. The only minor issues were a slight smell from the drain and noisy neighbors who started making a racket around 5 or 6 in the morning. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. We stayed for five nights. There's a 'Green Supermarket' nearby, which was convenient for daily shopping and our favorite grocery store. Izmaylovsky Market (Antiques Market) is right next door, so we could pop back to the hotel to rest when we got tired of browsing. Getting to Red Square is super easy – just take Metro Line 3 directly, no transfers needed. The metro station is about a five or six-minute walk away. If I ever come back to Moscow, I'd definitely stay here again.

It's nice. Having a shopping mall nearby is a huge plus. There are nice dining options on the upper floors of both the large and small malls. Next to the metro. Bathroom cleanliness was good. It would be better if the curtains were washed. There were no stains or hairs on the bed sheet. There is a minibar. Beautiful view. The price is reasonable. There is also a water purifier in the corridor that provides hot and cold water. The room is cleaned every day. They renew the water in the room every day

Old-fashioned building, but the location is good. Not far from the subway station (about 400 meters). The front desk does not speak English and needs mobile phone translation software to help. Breakfast is not bad, good value for money. It is equivalent to the level of a fast hotel in China for 300 yuan a day.

Stayed at this hotel with my husband for 2 nights. We liked everything👍. The location is convenient, there are many attractions, restaurants, the metro station is also not far from the hotel. The room itself is not large, but everything is very clean, there are no foreign odors, the sound insulation is good. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

1) The room was large and spacious. 2) The wifi was decent. 3) The toiletries were complete and the cleaning was prompt. 4) The breakfast was pretty tasteless and I'd rather make it myself. It doesn't suit Chinese tastes. 5) There's a large shopping mall on the left, with many Vietnamese restaurants on the second floor, which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. However, they don't open until 10 a.m. every day. 6) The parking lot is large, and it's easy to get a Yandex-Go taxi.
