"The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Polyanka metro station. It's situated on a quiet street, so it's not noisy. The Tretyakov Gallery and New Tretyakov Gallery are nearby, and you can even walk to Red Square.
The breakfasts are varied and offer an excellent selection.
The rooms are spacious and have everything you need: a hairdryer, safe, tea, coffee, and toiletries.
However, the room cleaning and preparation for check-in were a huge disappointment.
We checked in late, tired from our journey and dealing with jet lag. In our room, we were greeted by a huge spider on the ceiling and a dirty towel lying behind the sofa... seriously?!
A very nice man came and cleaned everything up.
Yet, the reception didn't even apologize for what happened.
They definitely need to work on their room cleaning."

ЕThe hotel was very much liked, thought it would be a little worse)) In the room (luxe) there was a column of Alice and a huge bed with a massage function (strange that it was not written in the description under the room , but so even pleasantly, it turned out to be a surprise). Very quiet and cozy, no strange sounds.
The only minus-note whose black hair in the jacuzzi and under the shelves (we both are light), maybe didn't have time to remove before our arrival.

This hotel is okay overall, the air conditioning equipment is a bit old, does not affect the heating, the space is okay, the bathroom space is also relatively large, no other reviews said of discrimination against the Chinese to rooms with roof windows. A little worried before going, went to the 2nd floor given after, normal room, was relieved. However, the double room bed is indeed too narrow. If you turn over too much when sleeping, you will fall off the bed. The variety of breakfast is average. It is more convenient to go to the exhibition here. A few dozen meters outside the door is the Line 3 subway station.

Overall the hotel liked, the location is excellent, it is the main plus for us. Clean. Responsive and kind staff. Breakfast is fine, but I don't like menu dishes, in the form of food restrictions, coffee average. The room is hot, heating to glory (if anyone likes warmer). The air conditioner was not used, sleeped with open window, so it was noisy. In the bathroom was badly gone, it was desirable that such moments were checked before the visit of the guests, as it is noticeable in the cleaning of the plumbing, that the guests do not turn on such things, do not want to solve problems with the fence in the bathroom. There was not enough paper napkins and cosmetic set, all in hotels 4 stars it should be.

Convenient transportation, not far from the subway station, very convenient. The room was very clean and tidy, the daily necessities were fully equipped, the cooking and laundry equipment were all available, the service attitude was very good, and the feeling of being at home.

Stayed for a long time, I didn't expect it to be surprisingly good, cleaner and more comfortable than other four-star hotels in Moscow, unexpected. The toilet is very new and clean, but the room is too small without a window, but the price is nothing to say, very recommended

1. The photo of this hotel's entrance isn't of their hotel; I thought it would be a much grander one, but it's actually quite small. See picture one for details.
2. There's no elevator. My deluxe suite was on the 4th floor, and the waiter helped me carry it up.
3. The receptionist speaks English; he's a young and nice guy.
4. The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Chinatown subway station, which is very convenient. It's two subway stops from the factory. Walking would probably take more than half an hour if you're able to.
5. The buffet breakfast is relatively decent.

dvoryanWe stayed in room 316. Our neighbors in room 317 started shouting and playing loud music, so much so that the walls vibrated. The front desk staff only managed to get them to turn down the music, and in the end, they partied until 2 AM while we couldn't sleep. This hotel doesn't live up to its 4-star rating.

Our stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Moscow.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations.
Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

Guest UserWe booked a family double room, but when we arrived at the hotel we were offered one double room, which we disagreed. However, then the hotel offered us two double rooms instead of a family room. The hotel has a very good location, but the rooms in general are actually well worse than in the pictures. I will note the good work of the administrators!

Guest UserThe layout of the small loft is perfect for one person. The heating in the room is great. There are snowflakes outside the window, and it is so hot in the room that you need to open the window. The location of the hotel is great. Go downstairs and turn left to reach Arbat Street. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, and you need to carry your luggage up one floor. There is also a handsome guy at the front desk!
