"This hotel boasts some of the more upscale facilities in Moscow, conveniently located on Arbat Street. Downstairs, you'll find a supermarket, a burger joint, and even a Russian Starbucks. The price point is on the higher side. The front desk staff can communicate in both Russian and English. You need a key card to access each floor. The bed in the room is a bit larger than what you'd typically find in other Moscow hotels, though certainly not as big as a king-sized bed in China. Overall, it's pretty good."

"The hotel was really easy to find, and the lobby had such a great vibe! Our room was spacious and clean, and it even had a small balcony with a truly beautiful view. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was having to climb in and out of the bathtub to shower. There wasn't a separate shower area, so you had to shower in the tub, which made a mess with water everywhere."

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.

GGuest UserStayed for a long time, I didn't expect it to be surprisingly good, cleaner and more comfortable than other four-star hotels in Moscow, unexpected. The toilet is very new and clean, but the room is too small without a window, but the price is nothing to say, very recommended

Oolga.lavnaiOverall the hotel liked, the location is excellent, it is the main plus for us. Clean. Responsive and kind staff. Breakfast is fine, but I don't like menu dishes, in the form of food restrictions, coffee average. The room is hot, heating to glory (if anyone likes warmer). The air conditioner was not used, sleeped with open window, so it was noisy. In the bathroom was badly gone, it was desirable that such moments were checked before the visit of the guests, as it is noticeable in the cleaning of the plumbing, that the guests do not turn on such things, do not want to solve problems with the fence in the bathroom. There was not enough paper napkins and cosmetic set, all in hotels 4 stars it should be.

2206293****The location is quite good, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is decent. There's a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserAlthough it felt a bit old, it was very comfortable to stay in. Our room was on the main street with a large window. A handsome young man provided excellent service; when we asked where the ”dinosaur walking pig” location was, he immediately printed out a map from his computer. It's very close to Red Square, about 800 meters to the left. Across the street to the right is Eurospar, which is very convenient for shopping and you can even eat there. Coffee is only 69.9 rubles in the morning, and the cherries are in season—big, sweet, and delicious. I think it's great value for money.

AAnonymous UserComing from St. Petersburg, the hotel was quite nice upon check-in, with ample space. However, the Wi-Fi was incredibly poor; the only signal in the entire room was a weak one around the toilet. Reporting this to the front desk was unsuccessful. The hotel is near two metro stations, with Sokolniki connecting to many lines. The nearby Tepemok burritos were a bit less flavorful than those in St. Petersburg, but still delicious; I ate them four times over two days.

SStefan GassmannVery poor soundproofing of the windows. Street noise is just as audible as outside. Staff friendly, but not well trained. Breakfast is actually okay, but dinner... I ordered salmon. The fish was very poorly cooked, the tea was not good, and the cappuccino was cold and tasteless.

GGuest UserThe room felt quite old, which added a unique charm, but overall, the facilities were good. Breakfast was standard Western fare, so if you're not used to it, you might skip booking breakfast. The front desk service was excellent; most staff spoke English with little to no accent. They proactively offered a certificate of residence and allowed luggage storage. The location is convenient, close to GUM and Red Square, with a convenience store and Golden Apple nearby.

YYigeaishuozoujiuzouxiangshoushijiedechujiyongzheSuite-style accommodation, better security and privacy, good location, convenient travel. The room size is not bad, reasonable use of every place, quite warm and well-equipped. Sanitation cleaning is also very careful and timely. It only takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Red Square at a leisurely pace. 3 minor flaws: 1. The building opposite the window of my room is similar to a studio or a barber shop, so the curtains are basically closed. 2. The hotel seems to be right above the subway. When the subway passes by, there is a slight vibration and the sound of the subway passing by when lying on the bed, but the frequency is not high. I basically rested in the room for an hour and got used to it. It is within the acceptable range. 3. The quality and comfort of the disposable slippers in the room are really average. I personally feel that they are not as good as the slippers of the Lavande Hotel. Surprises: 1. The hotel's toiletries - shampoo, shower gel, conditioner (I didn't use this) and lotion are particularly easy to use! It's special! (Don't compare it with Hilton or something. If you want to compare it, go to Hilton and Four Seasons.) For me, the scent of these three toiletries has directly become the smell of Moscow in my heart. It is a very unique smell and not so difficult to accept. (I personally think it smells much better than Thailand and Singapore.) Later, I went to the supermarket to buy a few bottles and brought them back. It is a Russian brand and a relatively high-end independent brand. 2. The comfort of the bed will feel very soft and sinking when you sit down for the first time, but the actual sleeping feeling is not bad, which can be given 7-8 points. I personally think it is a better experience in a hotel at this price. 3. The hotel room belongs to the suite accommodation mode. The elevator goes upstairs, on each side. After swiping the card, there is a shared corridor for the suite. I live on the 01-04 side. There are four independent rooms in the suite and a cleaning equipment workshop. Each individual room needs to be swiped again to enter. (Safety index 10, privacy protection index 10) and each room has a soundproof door. (It is equivalent to that if you want to go back to your room, in addition to the seemingly simple door of the hotel on the street, there are two doors that require card swiping and a soundproof door after exiting the elevator.) 4. The location is ridiculously good. It is about 3-6 kilometers away from Red Square (estimated, it is not far, suitable for City Walk). The Four Seasons Hotel is also 2 kilometers away from Red Square (you can look at the price of the Four Seasons Hotel and you will have an idea in your mind. The most important thing is that even if you stay at the Four Seasons, you still have to go to Arbat Street in the direction of this hotel. Why?) The surrounding facilities are extremely complete! Convenience stores, souvenir shops (it is not recommended to buy things in the souvenir shops on Arbat Street, it is really expensive!) Pharmacies, various restaurants, bars, shopping malls, supermarkets, toy stores, various cafes (strongly recommend their own brand kope, you will not be disappointed) (Of course, there are various ** compatriots who are very interested in - there are three or four clubs within a 15-minute walk in the surrounding area, check it out yourself) 5. It is relatively close to the basic central area attractions, belonging to the middle position and a little bit to the lower left corner, such as: Kremlin, Red Square, Kremlin Armory, Pushkin Museum, St. Basil's Cathedral, Bolshoi Theater, Russian National Library, Vakhtangov Theater, etc. But the Arc de Triomphe, Komsomolskaya Metro Station and so on are far away. That's all for now, I hope it can help you.
