IINTAN HASLINDADAVISI had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival.
After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room.
What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response.
The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

MM507876****This hotel is okay overall, the air conditioning equipment is a bit old, does not affect the heating, the space is okay, the bathroom space is also relatively large, no other reviews said of discrimination against the Chinese to rooms with roof windows. A little worried before going, went to the 2nd floor given after, normal room, was relieved. However, the double room bed is indeed too narrow. If you turn over too much when sleeping, you will fall off the bed. The variety of breakfast is average. It is more convenient to go to the exhibition here. A few dozen meters outside the door is the Line 3 subway station.

SsldyfRegarding the hotel's location, the door mentioned in the previous comments (exit 6, turn right, then right again) is now closed. At Chinatown Station, walk to the end of Exit 6, go up the stairs (don't exit the station), and there's a small door on your right; ring the doorbell and wait for it to open. The front desk staff speaks English and can issue residency certificates. The room I selected did indeed have a view, opposite a park and European-style buildings. It's about a 10-minute walk to Red Square, making the overall location very convenient. However, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so those with luggage will have to climb the stairs. The price was ridiculously low for a shared room, and I was, of course, a bit apprehensive. But it turns out you can get along very well. The only inconvenience is that people live on different schedules, and there's always someone rustling around at night, but hey, it's a 14-person room, so that's to be expected. Everything else was just awesome! And you can leave your luggage in the storage room for free until midnight on the day of check-out. The hotel has a great lobby, a co-working area, and food. There are even board games. It's very close to the metro, and transportation infrastructure is all at hand. Soft sofas, cozy, comfortable. The staff are very attentive to guests. The mattress is comfortable, and everything is kept clean. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time; it's a worthy and very cozy place. Thanks for my excellent weekend. Oh, by the way, you can order breakfast on-site. I ordered it for 470 rubles, but it's 430 rubles if you pre-order.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations.
Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed at the Delta Hotel during our vacation. We stayed on the 28th floor in a double room. The view from the window was gorgeous—the river, the greenery. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with cafes and restaurants inside. The room was very clean and comfortable, making us want to return. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was a magnificent buffet. If we ever go back to Moscow, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

However, what really disappointed us was the staff’s attitude (the woman working at the reception on the night of February 11 and the morning of February 12). She was not helpful at all.
On the morning of February 12, we had a flight to catch and had trouble booking a taxi to the airport because we don’t speak Russian. We were very worried about being late. We asked her for help (either to book a taxi or speak to the driver for us), but she was unkind and rude. She showed no concern for our situation.
As foreign travelers, we actually received a lot of help from Russian strangers on the street. In contrast, as paying guests, we expected at least basic support from the hotel staff. Her attitude really showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic compassion.

2. Walk to the metro, it's ok, not too far.
3. The best reception is always kind and lovely. She helped us to solve every problem, call the taxis, answer the questions, and give her beautiful smiling. ( She made the registration for us.)
4. We cooked happily because the kitchen was very clean and comfortable, drinking water is ok, hot and cold.
5. The supermarket is near and close 23.00 PM.
6. Everyone was good for the maid, it was perfect if she changed the towels for 2 days but she changed for us the fourth day (We stayed 5 nights.), she cleaned every day and the hotel was clean. She smiled lovely and she was very friendly.

GGuest UserI have mixed feelings about the hotel. On the one hand, it's conveniently located. That's why I chose it. I was traveling alone and arrived in the evening after the airport with two suitcases. I was given a room on the 4th floor. There was no information about this anywhere. There is no elevator. Even for an extra fee, there is no one to carry the suitcases at least up to the next floor. The steps are very slippery. When I was checking out and carrying my suitcases down, I slipped on the stairs and fell with my suitcase. This is very dangerous in such snowy weather. There is nothing on the steps, only tiles. The girl at reception said when I checked in that breakfast was at 7:00. I arrived at 7:15 and they didn't let me in; they told me to wait another 15 minutes. It was unpleasant because I was in a hurry on business, and I had already paid for breakfast when I booked. The food was delicious, lots of choice, buffet style. The room is small, but everything seemed to be there and it was clean. Towels, slippers, toothbrushes, etc., everything is there. You can hear all the neighbors from the other rooms. The doors are very flimsy, and it was even a little scary to sleep at night. There is Wi-Fi. Of all the staff, only the security guard was polite and friendly. It was okay for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel. But overall, for this price, it's probably fine.
